主廚Mario Paecke是米芝蓮二星餐廳Amber的前副主廚。這次,他會以多種日本食材創造當季特色三道菜菜單。

資深英籍主廚Lee Adams曾跟隨米芝蓮名廚Gary Rhodes於英國及杜拜開設餐廳。這次的餐單用了夏天最當做及本地有機食材,當中包括日本帶子配魚子醬及西班牙八爪魚。

Chef Mario Paecke, former Sous-Chef of the two Michelin-starred Amber, creates a 3-course menu presenting delicious seasonal flavours using predominantly Japanese ingredients.

Chef Lee Adams brings Michelin-starred experience from his time at Gary Rhodes in the UK and Dubai. The menu focuses on fresh summer flavours, featuring dishes such as Japanese scallops with caviar and Spanish octopus flavoured with harissa.

As Chef de Cuisine of French-Japanese WHISK, Chef Oliver takes inspiration from seasonal ingredients sourced from Japan. Among the highlights of his creative omakase menus are the White Asparagus and signature “Umami & Pearls” featuring Japanese uni, lobster jelly and French farmed caviar.
