While driving from Hukou 湖口 to Xinpu 新埔 along the amazing 竹13 road I came across the famous persimmon drying farms. I wasn't planning on seeing them but when in Rome.

I stopped by this one because it was the first one I saw.

There's a more famous one just down the road but it had too many buses and figured this was good enough.

It was pretty cool and glad I stopped by since we don't have this down south.
