【大件事！UA棄K11 ArtHouse、百老匯棄TheOne】
今日豐德麗控股(MCL)公布，會收購K11 Musea ArtHouse資產及戲院業務，即係話UA大鑼大鼓起動嘅呢間旗艦戲院唔夠1年半就收皮，當中分拆上市兼特别貴嘅會員制都唔知點算。K11商場自開業起就諸事不順，又打仗又瘟疫未旺過，場內好多店舖都頂唔順轉手。
MCL亦公佈會自2023年起承租The One戲院十年，意味原營運者百老匯正式退場，不過百老匯想放棄The One已傳咗好耐，未算意外。

MCL近年越戰越勇，開咗唔少地區戲院（長沙灣、粉嶺…）搶市場，估唔到逆市喺尖沙咀一次過插兩枝旗咁把炮。而隨著收購K11 ArtHouse，香港IMAX螢幕有新分配，MCL、UA、英皇、百老匯 各得起碼一塊
