    今日豐德麗控股(MCL)公布,會收購K11 Musea ArtHouse資產及戲院業務,即係話UA大鑼大鼓起動嘅呢間旗艦戲院唔夠1年半就收皮,當中分拆上市兼特别貴嘅會員制都唔知點算。K11商場自開業起就諸事不順,又打仗又瘟疫未旺過,場內好多店舖都頂唔順轉手。
    MCL亦公佈會自2023年起承租The One戲院十年,意味原營運者百老匯正式退場,不過百老匯想放棄The One已傳咗好耐,未算意外。
