在朋友的邀約之下，我參加了21天的豐盛之旅，今天是第五天。在這幾天裡，每天的靜心
與練習，讓我在每天的忙碌工作中，得到一方平靜與從容。因此，因著今天的練習，我想
試著走更大步，邀請有興趣的朋友一同加入。如果願意接受邀請，我們會一起學習與實踐

旅程的目的 : 不受限制的豐盛生命狀
態

21天要做的事，每天的內容稍微有所不同：
- 固定15分鐘的冥想，每天都有一段冥想音頻，說明當天的豐盛主題。
- 15~20分鐘的小作業，幫助您建立豐盛能量。

不要求一定要從頭走到尾！
如果覺得自己不能完成作業，可以自己選擇休息或離去，這是受到支持的。不要擔心會有
任何的批判，也不用有抱歉的感受。
請記住，宇宙沒有任何事情是需要被強迫的，所有事情都會在最剛剛好的時候，開始或結
束，凡事都是最好的安排。
