一、 中文參考書目

（一）標點符號
請用新式標點符號。「」（引號）用於平常引號；『』（雙引號）用於第二級引號（即引
號內之引號）；《》用於書籍、博碩士論文及期刊，如《新聞學研究》；〈〉用於單篇論
文及書籍之篇章，如〈閱聽人研究的新趨勢─收訊分析的理論與方法〉。若以磁片交寄，
標點符號請打「全型」。

（二）子目
篇內各節，如子目繁多，請依各級子目次序標明。如子目簡單，請依次序自由選用，其次
序為：壹、一、（一）、1、(1)、甲、（甲）。

（三）分段與引文
(1) 每段第一行第一字前空二格。
(2) 直接引述原文時，短文可逕入正文，外加引號。如所引原文較長，可另行抄錄，
每行之第一字均空四格，前後各空一行。
(3) 直接引述或摘述原著內容時，需標出原著頁數，如：
● 羅文輝（1991: 27-34）主張……。
若為報刊文章，則為版頁（聯合報，1997.2.8:22）。
間接引述或提及相關著作時，不需標出頁數，如：
● 此類研究已有相當成果（陳百齡，1996；鍾蔚文，1992）。

（四） 註釋
(1) 註釋原則上附在全篇之末，如註釋甚多，或為了方便閱讀，可穿插於正文每頁之
下，採取「同頁見註」方式。
(2) 註釋號碼，請用阿拉伯數字，如(1)，(102)。置於正文右上角，標點符號後。
(3) 註釋內引用文獻的形式與正文同，惟須在全篇論文之後的參考文獻中，詳細列出
全部出版資料。

（五）簡稱
可使用已經約定成俗的簡稱，尚無約定成俗的簡稱，則第一次使用時須用全稱。

（六）製圖與圖片
(1) 圖片須以黑色墨水筆細心繪於可加複製的白色描圖紙上。照片須是黑白分明。
(2) 圖說包括標題與說明文字，以黑色墨水撰寫，置於圖形之下。圖紙背面以鉛筆輕
寫作者姓名與圖形（照片）編號。
(3) 放大的圖片應說明放大比例。
(4) 圖片裝訂在稿件最後部分。

（七）製表
(1) 表之製作，須在表比文句更能表達文義時方為之。
(2) 表須製於白紙上，配合正文加以編號，並書明表之標題。標題應置於表之上方，
表之註記應置於表之下方。
(3) 表頁裝訂在稿件最後部分。

（八）誌謝
誌謝詞應另起一頁，置於正文及註釋（或參考文獻）之後，末頁資料及圖表之前。謝詞宜
力求簡短扼要。

（九）參考文獻
論文之後需列出全部參考（引用）文獻之完整資料。
字形與字級：中文以「標楷體」字形12點字級為原則。英文以「Times New Roman」字形
12點字級為原則。

各種文獻寫法如下：

1. 期刊論文或研討會論文
●汪琪、臧國仁（1996）。〈成長與發展中的傳播研究〉，，53: 61-84 。

（註）：a. 英文論文作者姓在前，名（需縮寫）在後。論文題目首字第一字母用大寫；期刊每字開頭第一字母用大寫，全名下加底線。

c. 上例數字分別是卷數（期數）：起頁──終頁。期數如原期刊未標明，可免。

7. 為求一致，民國出版品之出版時間，請全數改換公元。中國歷代紀元及日本紀元宜維持
原狀，並在括弧中加註公元。

8. 引用同一作者數項著作時，應按出版時間排列，新著在前，舊著在後。

9. 文獻或書目資料中外文並存時，依中文、日文、西文順序排列。中文或日文文獻或書目
應按作者或編者姓氏筆劃（如為機構亦同）排列，英文則依作者及編者字母次序排列。

10. 已接受刊載但尚未發表的參考論文題目，須用「排印中」字樣，置於（出版時間）括
弧中。若引用未發表的調查資料或個人訪談，則須在正文或註釋內註明，不得列入參
考文獻。


二、 英文參考書目

（一）定期出版的刊物
1. 已出版的期刊
期刊名不需底線，文章也不需要quotation mark。
期刊名後加逗點，期數後以逗點取代原先的冒號，期刊數並以斜體標示。
