因為客人一直不開信用狀 造成工廠生產線上延宕多時
我必須寫嚴格一點的信給客人 可是我怕表達不太夠 請各位高手指點一下

1. 請盡快回覆開信用狀的時間點 以便我司安排出貨
Would you help to confirm when you will open your L/C so that
we could arrange your shipment.

2. 如果在不開狀的話 我們將把您的訂單自生產線上移除
If you didn't open your L/C(或是 If you could not cinfirm your LC situation)
we will pull out your order from our production line.


以上句子 如果不對的地方請各位幫我修正一下...
另外 開信用狀 式open L/C嗎(那還真白話耶)
以及 "從生產線上移除"裡的"移除"英文要怎麼表達呢?

這樣如何呢?

1.In order to execute your order no.xxx, please urgently open an L/C for
our convenience to arrange your shipment.

2. As you have not open L/C of this order no.xxx, we hasten yo advise you
that we compelled to cancel the order.

We didn't receive your L/C so far.
Please kindly check if the L/C was issued already?
So that we can arrange shipment without delay.


可能一開始先婉轉的說沒收到L/C，請客人去確認是否已開
也提醒客人交期可能會因為沒收到信用狀而延誤
通常客人聽到"交期延誤"都會滿緊張的

: 2. 如果在不開狀的話 我們將把您的訂單自生產線上移除
: If you didn't open your L/C(或是 If you could not cinfirm your LC situation)
: we will pull out your order from our production line.

Please note the production process will be stopped if we can't receive
your L/C by xxx(時間)

或是

As our company's policy,we can only arrange production after receiving your L/C.
Therefore, hope to receive it as earlier as possible.

這種語氣通常是已經催很久，客人還不開，所以語氣會比較強硬一點

Open or issue 都可以

: 以及 "從生產線上移除"裡的"移除"英文要怎麼表達呢?

用stop或pending等"暫停"的意思應該就可以了~

如果是我的話, 就會寫的比較白, 讓客戶確實的瞭解嚴重性.


1. 請盡快回覆開信用狀的時間點 以便我司安排出貨
We will arrange the shipment schedule after you confirm the issue
date for L/C. Could you let we know this information ASAP? Thanks.

2. 如果在不開狀的話 我們將把您的訂單自生產線上移除
We won't proceed your order before receive the L/C from you.
Please kindly be advised.
