    The changes of the weather and environment can also further affect the functions of the organs. Individuals of these three body constitutions might develop nasal allergies more easily, so if you have the symptoms below, do seek the treatment accordingly.

    👃🏻Weakness of the qi in the lungs
    Symptoms: itchy nose, sneezing, stuffy nose, clear mucus, frequently getting colds, aversion to wind, excessive sweating, fatigue
    Health tip: warm and nourish the lungs; consume ingredients that can nourish the qi, such as Chinese yam, potato, ginseng, red date, and quail

    Tea to nourish lung and protect against wind
    Ingredients: 9g astragalus root, 6g root of fangfeng, 6g bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3g poria, honey to taste

    Lack of strength after bowel movement

    你認為說話中氣十足還是聲音弱小的人比較健康?當然是前者,中醫理論認為人體的氣與脾、肺、腎健康有關,氣虛體質人士的氣呈虧虛狀態,說話聲音低微,多爬兩層樓已經氣喘如牛,唱歌更容易顯得無氣,除了氣短,氣虛還會產生不少症狀。想知道自己是否氣虛體質?最近一個月你有以下症狀嗎?
    ☐面部浮腫,面色偏白,沒有光澤
    ☐舌邊有齒痕
    ☐容易頭暈
    ☐聲音弱小,說話沒有氣力
    ☐容易感冒
    ☐食慾差,經常感覺疲倦乏力

The theory of Chinese medicine believes that qi in the human body is related to the health of the spleen, lungs and kidneys. People with qi deficiency body condition have weak qi. They usually speak in low volume, have shortness of breath after walking just a flight of stairs, and seem too out of breath to sing. In addition to shortness of breath, qi deficiency can also lead to many symptoms. Want to know if you have a deficiency body condition? Let’s check if you have the following symptoms within the last month?
    ☐Bloated face, pale and dull complexion
    ☐Tongue with teeth marks
    ☐Prone to dizziness
    ☐Low voice volume and breathlessness when speaking

    清熱潤肺
    註:雪梨帶點寒,可改用蘋果代替

    2)鴨腎3-4個
    開胃、下火

    3)麥冬2両(大顆的麥冬用1両已足夠)
    養陰、生津、除煩、潤肺

    4)鐵棍淮山2支
    養陰補水

    5)海竹頭3両
    滋潤皮膚、養陰潤燥

    6)栗子半磅(素湯可用1磅)

    7)百合2両
    養胃健脾、補腎、強筋骨

    8)太子參2両
    太子參又叫孩兒參,補氣、養陰,功效雖不及黨參強,但適合身體虛弱卻不能太補的人

    9)粟米心約2両
    清心火、祛濕

    註:可加入無花果或椰棗增加滋潤度
