    夏日彩虹

    材料:
    家樂牌純鮮雞粉
    秋葵8條
    菠蘿12小片
    甘筍1條
    紫洋蔥1個
    車厘茄8粒
    蜆肉100克

    處理:
    1. 秋葵,1碗清水,加入粗鹽1湯匙,浸3分鐘,以去除表面污漬。
    2. 車厘茄,清水沖洗乾淨,清水浸一浸。
    3. 蜆肉,清水解凍。
    4. 甘筍,去皮,打直1開6,切大約1吋1粒,放碗內。
    5. 紫洋蔥,1開2,切兩端,去皮2層,每邊1開6,放碗內。
    6. 蜆肉,已解凍,倒去水分,加入粗鹽,去除雪味及加入少許鹹味。
    7. 秋葵已浸好,清水沖洗乾淨,用廚紙索乾。
    8. 車厘茄已浸好,清水沖洗乾淨,用廚紙索乾。
    9. 菠蘿,每片菠蘿,1開6。
    10. 秋葵,切去頂部。
    11. 車厘茄,1開2。
    12. 蜆肉已醃好,清水沖洗乾淨,用廚紙索乾。

    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油半湯匙。
    2. 大火爆香甘筍。
    3. 加入洋蔥炒香。
    4. 加入蜆肉。
    5. 加入秋葵,炒勻。
    6. 加入車厘茄及菠蘿粒。
    7. 加入家樂牌雞粉1茶匙,炒勻。
    8. 完成,上碟,可享用。

    Rainbow of Sunmer

    Ingredients:
    Knorr no MSG added chicken powder
    Okra 8 Nos.
    Pineapples 12 cubes
    Carrot 1 No.
    Purple onion 1 No.
    Cherry tomatoes 8 Nos.
    Clams 100g

    Preparation:
    1. Okra, put cooking salt 1 tbsp in a bowl of tap water. Soak for 3 minutes to remove dirts on its surface.
    2. Cherry tomatoes, get it rinsed. Soak in tap water.
    3. Clams, defrost with tap water.
    4. The carrot, divide it into 6 shares vertically. Cut 1" per each cube. Put in a bowl.
    5. Purple onion, divide it into 2 shares. Cut both ends. Get it peeled for 2 layers. Divide each shares into 6 cubes. Put in a bowl.
    6. Clams, have been defrosted, pour away water. Season with cooking salt to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it.
    7. Okra, has been soaked well, rinse thoroughly. Dry with kitchen towel.
    8. Cherry tomatoes have been soaked well, rinse thoroughly. Dry with kitchen towel.
    9. Pineapple, each slice is to be divided into 6 shares.
    10. Okra, cut its anchors.
    11. Cherry tomatoes, each one is to be divided into 2 shares.
    12. Clams, have been seasoned well. Rinse thoroughly. Dry with kitchen towel.

    Steps:
    1. Heat up oil 0.5 tbsp at high flame in wok.
    2. Fry the carrot well at high flame.
    3. Put onion. Fry well.
    4. Add clams.
    5. Put okra. Fry well.
    6. Add cherry tomatoes and pineapple cubes.
    7. Put Knorr no MSG added chicken powder 1 tsp, fry well.
    8. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.

    扇貝雞湯燴白菜

    材料:
    家樂牌純清雞湯1升
    扇貝9隻
    黑木耳30克
    白菜仔300克
    花菇仔12隻
    蝦乾30克
    乾蔥頭8粒
    薑粒50克

    調味料:
    蠔油1茶匙
    米酒1茶匙
    生粉1茶匙

    1. 白菜仔,清水浸10分鐘,去除沙泥。
    2. 木耳,清水浸1小時,清水洗乾淨。
    3. 木耳,用剪刀剪去硬的部分。
    4. 木耳,切粗條,大約半吋1條。
    5. 蝦乾,清水浸3分鐘。
    6. 白菜仔,已浸好,清水洗2~3次,擎乾水。
    7. 薑,切碎。
    乾蔥頭,去皮。
    8. 冬菇仔,清水浸軟。

    烹調:
    1. 慢火,在鑊中加入冬菇、乾蔥頭及薑粒,轉大火炒香。
    2. 轉中火,加入家樂牌純清雞湯300毫升,煮10分鐘。
    3. 煮了7~8分鐘,檢查一下,冬菇可否被筷子穿過。
    4. 加入木耳絲,轉大火,如果鑊中的湯不夠,就再加入清雞湯,煮3分鐘。
    5. 過了3分鐘,加入白菜,冚蓋,煮1分鐘。
    6. 再加入少量清雞湯。
    7. 加入扇貝及蝦乾,煮1分鐘。
    8. 加入米酒1茶匙及蠔油1茶匙。
    9. 生粉半茶匙加入清雞湯20毫升,攪勻。
    10. 生粉芡,逐少逐少加入鑊中至收汁。
    11. 完成,上碟,可享用。

    Pak choy braised with scallops and clear chicken broth

    Ingredients:
    Knorr clear chicken broth 1L
    Scallops 9 Nos.
    Black fungus 30g
    Baby Pak choy 300g
    Baby mushrooms 12 Nos.
    Dried sea shrimps 30g
    Shallots 8 Nos.
    Minced Ginger 50g

    Seasoning:
    Oyster sauce 1 tsp
    Rice wine 1 tsp
    Tapioca starch 1 tsp

    1. Baby pak choy, soak in tap water 10 minutes to remove dirts and sands.
    2. Black fungus, soak in tap water for an hour. Rinse thoroughly.
    3. Black fungus, cut off the hard parts with a pair of scissors.
    4. Black fungus, thickly slice about 0.5" per each.
    5. Dried sea shrimps, soak in tap water for 3 minutes.
    6. Baby pak choy, has been soaked well. Rinse with tap water for 2~3 times. Hang dry.
    7. Ginger, get it chopped well.
    Shallots, get them peeled.
    8. Baby mushrooms, soak in tap water until they turn soft.

    Steps:
    1. Low flame, put mushrooms, shallots and minced ginger in wok. Fry well at high flame.
    2. Turn to medium flame, put Knorr clear chicken broth 300ml, braise for 10 minutes.
    3. Have already braised for 7~8 minutes, check the mushrooms if they can be pinched through by chopsticks.
    4. Put black fungus. Turn to high flame. If the broth in wok is not enough, just add it, cook for 3 minutes.
    5. Put pak choy after 3 minutes. Cover up the wok and cook for a minute.
    6. Add little chicken broth.
    7. Put scallops and dried sea shrimps. Cook for a minute.
    8. Add rice wine 1 tsp and oyster sauce 1 tsp.
    9. Put tapioca starch 0.5 tsp, mix well with Knorr clear chicken broth 20ml.
    10. Tapioca sauce, put little by little into wok, to make the sauce thick.
    11. Complete. Put on plate. Serve

    西洋菜瑤柱伴鮮魷

    材料:
    家樂牌純鮮雞湯1升
    西洋菜1斤
    瑤柱10粒
    蒜頭6粒
    魷魚仔1斤

    處理:
    1. 西洋菜,用粗鹽2~3湯匙,放入清水浸15分鐘。
    2. 瑤柱,清水沖洗乾淨,用雞湯浸1小時以上。
    3. 蒜頭,去皮。
    4. 魷魚仔處理:
    a. 取出魷魚鬚。
    b. 取走軟骨及內臟。
    c. 魷魚,貼住眼睛切去不要。
    5. 魷魚仔,撕去表皮,清水沖洗乾淨。
    6. 西洋菜已浸好,倒去水分,清水沖2~3次,擎乾水。

    烹調:
    1. 在鑊中加入清雞湯。
    2. 加入瑤柱及蒜頭,大火煲滾。
    3. 雞湯滾起後,撈起蒜頭及瑤柱。
    4. 加入西洋菜,冚蓋。
    5. 滾起後,攪動一下西洋菜。
    6. 西洋菜已煮至軟身,夾起放碗中,擺好。
    7. 放好瑤柱及蒜頭在西洋菜上。
    8. 大火再滾起雞湯,放魷魚灼至大滾,撈起,熄火。
    9. 雞湯沿碗邊加入。
    10. 魷魚筒整塊齊排好,圍住瑤柱及蒜頭。
    11. 完成,可享用。

    Squids with watercress and dried scallops

    Ingredients:
    Knorr clear chicken broth 1L
    Watercress 1 catty
    Dried scallops 10 Nos.
    Garlics 6 Nos.
    Baby squids 1 catty

    Preparation:
    1. Watercress, soak in tap water with cooking salt 2~3 tbsp, for 15 minutes.
    2. Dried scallops, rinse with tap water. Soak in clear chicken broth for an hour or more.
    3. Garlics, get it peeled.
    4. Baby squids:
    a. Take out its tentacles.
    b. Take out its backbone and intestines.
    c. Squids, cut away their eyes.
    5. Baby squids, tear away its skin. Rinse with tap water.
    6. Watercress has been soaked well. Pour away water. Rinse 2~3 times, hang dry.

    Steps:
    1. Pour clear chicken broth into wok.
    2. Put scallops and garlics. Heat up at high flame.
    3. Clear chicken broth has been boiled up, pick up garlics and dried scallops.
    4. Put watercress. Cover up the wok.
    5. Stir the watercress after boils up.
    6. Watercress has been cooked well. Pick up and put in a big bowl. Put in good shape.
    7. Put dried scallops and garlics on top of waterctess.
    8. Heat up the clear chicken broth at high flame again in wok. Add baby squid and boils up. Pick it up and turn off fire.
    9. Pour the clear chicken broth alongside the bowl.
    10. Squids are to be put surrounding the dried scallops and garlics.
    11. Complete. Serve.
