    懷孕是一件幸福的事,亦是一件很炎熱的事!尤其懷孕後期正值炎夏的孕媽媽們,因為孕婦體溫比正常人要高;但孕婦不宜多喝生冷飲品,否則有損脾胃又聚濕,凍飲的冰塊有可能含有致命的李斯特菌,難道為了寶寶健康就只有忍?讓中醫師教你一些孕婦消暑小貼士!

    生活篇:
    - 可涼冷氣但不宜直吹,並且要注意室內外溫差,室內冷氣溫度不宜調得太低,否則一熱一冷容易生病
    - 游泳降溫,泳後要立即弄乾身體及頭髮
    - 選擇鬆身、透氣及吸汗力強的衣物,必要時多帶衣物更換
    - 戴有大帽沿的太陽帽或傘子
    - 帶備保濕噴霧
    - 帶備小風扇,但要注意避免固定吹向一個部位

    飲食篇:
    - 補充適量水份,加片檸檬或薄荷葉可以令人更醒神
    - 消暑的水果例如椰青、西瓜、蓮霧、蜜瓜、士多啤梨等可按身體狀況適量食用,記得從雪櫃取出後放置室溫一會才享用;如出現腹瀉或眩暈情況,就代表食材對孕媽媽來說太寒涼了,不宜食用
    - 適量食用苦味食物,因其多有清心涼血、健脾利尿以及緩解暑熱的功效,例如苦瓜、生菜、萵筍、芫茜、薄荷葉等
    - 每天飲一杯米水,有助強健脾胃,驅走濕氣,紓緩太熱無胃口的症狀
    - 避免進食屬性溫熱的食物,例如蔥、薑、蒜、辣椒等香辛料
    - 濕熱孕媽媽們更不宜進補

    Tips to clear summer heat for expecting mothers
    Being pregnant is one of the best experiences in the world, but at the same time, it also causes pregnant moms to feel warm all the time! Especially during summer, pregnant moms’ body temperature tend to be higher than that of the ordinary people.

    Yet, pregnant moms should avoid drinking raw and cold beverages as they could hurt the spleen and stomach and accumulate dampness in the body. They might even risk getting the deadly listeria infection from ice cubes in the drink.

    Does that mean pregnant moms can only suffer in silence for the sake of their babies?
    Here are some tips by Chinese physicians to help you relieve the summer-heat!

    Lifestyle:
    - can enjoy the air-conditioner but avoid direct cool air; watch out for indoor and outdoor temperature difference and make sure it is not overly extreme because a sudden change in temperature can cause you to fall ill
    - swimming can help you cool down but make sure you keep your body dry and blow dry your hair afterwards
    - choose clothes that are loose, airy, and sweat-absorbent; bring extra pairs of clothes along with you when necessary
    - put on a large hat or carry an umbrella
    - carry a moisturizing spray with you all the time
    - carry a small fan but avoid blowing directly in one direction

    Food:
    - drink enough water to hydrate the body; add lemon slices and mints to freshen our mind
    - eat fruits that can clear the summer-heat according to our body constitution, for instance, coconut, watermelon, wax apple, honeydew, and strawberry; remember to eat it at room temperature after you have taken them out of the refrigerator; if you experience diarrhea or dizziness, the fruits might be too cold for the pregnant moms
    - consume food that are bitter in taste as they can clear heat and cool the blood, strengthen the spleen and promote urination, and relieve the summer-heat; these ingredients include bitter gourd, lettuce, coriander, and mint
    - drink a cup of rice water daily as it can help to strengthen the spleen and stomach, eliminate dampness from the body, and improve your appetite during the warm summer season
    - avoid eating ingredients that are warm in nature, for instance, onion, ginger, garlic, and chili
    - pregnant moms with the damp heat body constitution should avoid eating foods that are over-nourishing

    這是上週末的飲食紀錄
    假日總是讓人懶散
    不是買外食就是隨便吃
    加上這是期中考前的周末,不能出去玩
    心情也更加灰暗=.=
    陪伴孩子讀書真是一件苦差事啊~~~
    期望今天期中考過後
    全家可以恢復和樂融融的景象
    (是有那麼嚴重嗎....>.<)

    早餐
    這飯糰就是手握便當
    把便當的飯、菜、肉放袋中
    不需筷子,直接用手拿著吃,好方便
    由於飯量多,所以一份熱量為440kcal
    沒有蔬菜,只有紫菜片有一點纖維
    所以應該再加個生菜沙拉比較適合
    但因為想喝拿鐵,所以選擇拿鐵
    想減脂的人應該要選擇生菜沙拉+和風醬
    或是美式咖啡比較低熱量

    午餐
    因為老公最近腸胃不適
    我便煮了簡單的雞蛋粥
    腸胃不適時,最好吃點清淡的粥
    若胃有發炎可不用加蔬菜,只要雞蛋與白米就好
    也能使用雞湯或排骨湯熬粥
    如果有腹瀉等症狀,最好把油撈掉再煮較好

    這是個簡單清淡的午餐,因為沒有蔬菜(纖維)
    我飯後有吃一點蓮霧增加飽足感
    不過下午還是好快就餓了

    晚餐
    午餐吃太少,晚餐想吃豐盛一點
    (不過,老公還是只能繼續吃雞蛋粥)
    我拿了塊鮭魚,把魚骨頭留下來煮味噌湯
    鮭魚肉煎一下,炒個青菜
    晚餐很簡單也很營養
    因為中午沒有吃蔬菜,晚餐青菜就多吃點吧

    懶散的一天,所以沒有運動 XD😚
    只有做一點伸展操活動筋骨

    表皮光滑發亮的蓮霧,雖然幾乎全年有賣,但夏天吃蓮霧感覺特別爽,因為果肉清脆多汁,滿嘴都是清涼的感覺,連皮咬下去幾乎整顆都能吃,非常方便。從中醫角度來看,蓮霧性涼,能清熱涼血、利尿消腫,所以如果屬於水腫性肥胖,不妨多吃蓮霧,夏天在外活動亦可以多吃兩個清熱補水。但如果你身體偏寒,或者脾胃虛寒、多尿、容易腹瀉便溏的話就不宜多吃。
    我們常見到的蓮霧有青色和紅色,其實蓮霧家族從深紅、淺紅、乳白色到綠色都有,顏色的深淺和品種及氣候有關,台灣出產的品種有很多:祖母綠蓮霧、白子彈蓮霧、白嘉莉蓮霧、黑糖芭比等等,看名字都猜到大概顏色了。

    蓮霧 — 又名天桃,性涼,有清熱涼血、利尿消腫的功效,適合小便不利、浮腫水腫者食用。惟注意脾胃虛寒、腹瀉便溏、尿頻多尿者不宜進食。

    Bell fruit, which has a lustrous shiny appearance, is sold nearly all-year long, but it is particularly appreciated during the summer due to its juicy flesh that brings a refreshing zing to the mouth. Moreover, it is very convenient to enjoy this fruit, as it is not necessary to remove its skin.

    From Chinese medicine perspective, bell fruit is cool in nature, can clear heat and cool blood, as well as induce diuresis to alleviate edema. Therefore, individuals with water retention problems should eat more bell fruits. Eating one or two during outdoor activities in summer can also rehydrate the body. However, individuals with cold body conditions, or those experiencing asthenic cold in the spleen and stomach, as well as diuresis and diarrhea with loose stools, should consume bell fruit with caution.

    The common bell fruits we see are green and red in color, but as a matter fact, the bell fruit family consists of members that range from dark red, pink, cream to green, and the intensity of the color differs based on their varieties and the climate where they are grown. Taiwan, in particular, produces many different varieties: “Emerald Green”, “White Missile”, “Bai Jia Li”, “Brown Sugar Barbie”. You should be able to guess the color of the fruit based on their names.

    Bell fruit – also called the “heavenly peach”, cool in nature; clears heat and cools the blood, induces diuresis to alleviate edema. It is suitable for those with water retention and urination problems. Those experiencing asthenic cold in the spleen and stomach, diarrhea with loose stools, and frequent urination should be more careful when consuming the fruit.
