1. 玫瑰花、月季花
玫瑰花高踞女士想收花排行榜的第一位,與月季花同是疏肝花的重要一員。玫瑰及月季花看上去很像,屬性相約。性溫,具理氣解鬱,和血散瘀的功效,平常用來沖水泡茶,或者用入豆漿、甜品中,皆有活血調經,疏肝解鬱的作用。最適合壓力大,易有氣滯體質的事業型女性。*注意氣血虛弱者及孕婦慎服。
2. 合歡花

飲用花茶小貼士
花茶雖香又有養生功效,但要注意以下飲用禁忌:
・花茶要現泡現喝,避免隔夜
・最好以透明玻璃壼沖泡
・不宜空腹飲用
・飲用量一杯起兩杯止,多喝反會引起胃脹、腹瀉

The scented tea commonly served in restaurants are smoked with Jasmine to achieve the floral fragrance too.

亂飲花茶BB不保!花茶仲有咩飲用禁忌?- 陳筠霖
花卉賞心悅目,不少更是「睇得又飲得」,喝花茶近年亦成不少OL和追求健康人士的心水之選。有中醫及營養師都表示,不少花茶都有保健功效,女士飲花茶更可養顏,但飲用時須留意每種花茶的性質,其中孕婦更須特別留意,因如誤飲不適合的花茶,隨時或有早產甚至流產的風險。
花茶助防慢性病 熱量低啱減肥人士
薰衣草茶、茉莉花茶、玫瑰花茶、洋甘菊茶、洛神花茶和桂花茶等都是近年甚受歡迎的花茶,「家營營養中心」營養師、香港營養師學會認可營養師陳筠霖(Krista)表示,花茶具保健養生的作用,適合一般人士飲用;更因花茶的熱量低,減肥人士尤為適合。
玫瑰花茶是其中一種甚受歡迎的花茶,陳指玫瑰花瓣含類黃酮及酚類抗氧化劑,能抵抗身體有害自由基,有助減低患上慢性疾病的風險。至於近年亦大熱的洛神花茶則含有抗氧化物花青素,有助抵抗身體有害自由基,能減慢細胞的衰老和減低患上慢性疾病的風險,它亦含有鐵質,有助身體製造紅血球;有研究更指出,飲用洛神花茶,有機會降低有輕微高血壓人士的血壓。
茉莉花茶紓肚瀉 金菊茶可清熱
註冊中醫師曹瑋雯亦指,不同花茶各有不同的效用,如茉莉花茶屬於性溫,有理氣解鬱、行氣止痛、消炎抗菌的作用,可紓緩肚脹痛及肚瀉的功效,適合壓力性肚痛及肚瀉人士飲用;至於洋金菊則與中國的菊花屬同一科,它性質微寒,功效亦與菊花類似,都有清肝明目、降血壓及可清熱安神的功效;如有風熱感冒、易流眼水及易暴躁人士,都宜飲洋甘菊茶清肝火。
陳筠霖則指,洋甘菊含維他命E及C,有抗氧化功效,能保護細胞減低受自由基的破壞,「維他命C且有助促進皮膚細胞組織健康,有美顏作用。」至於不時被製作成糕品的桂花,曹瑋雯則指桂花性溫,有化痰止咳、暖胃止痛、消除口臭和減輕牙痛等功效。
血壓低勿亂飲 長幼要特別注意
喝花茶看來益處甚多,但飲用前亦有須留意的地方。曹醫師表示,如薰衣草茶雖有鬆弛緊張情緒、紓緩壓力等功效,但薰衣草性涼,會令子宮的平滑肌收縮,孕婦飲薰衣草茶有機會致早產甚至流產。此外,血壓低人士亦不適宜飲用,否則血壓可能更低,「花茶始終只係保健茶唔係藥,要飲好長時間先可能見功效。」
陳筠霖亦表示,洛神花茶會影響藥物的吸收,服食chloroquine人士要避免飲用;而服食血壓藥物的人士亦要注意,以免影響血壓水平的穩定性。此外,孕婦及哺乳媽媽也要注意飲用,因有機會引起腸及胃部等不適。她續指,對花草敏感人士亦須注意,以免引致過敏反應的不適。而草本植物或對小孩及長者等抵抗能力較弱的人士造成刺激,故飲用時亦要留意。

Tips for drinking floral tea

- keep to 1-2 cups per day, having too much can lead to abdominal bloating and diarrhea
- buy your floral tea from a reputable seller to avoid high amounts of pesticides
