這團是今年書單最豐富的一團，書目就多達數百本，年底要補書櫃就趁這團，因為像Maverick影音讀本和Tom Gates等兒童暢銷小說，上次開團都是二年前，更不用說小孩最愛的 Lift-the-flap Fairy Talesy有聲童話翻翻書，上次開團也是五年前的事。

最近有不少朋友問我，他們問我說：「凱宇，你是不是轉性了？怎麼最近你的『一天聽一點』分享的內容，跟過往的都不太一樣？」。

其實一時半刻之間，當我被問到這個問題的時候，也有一點傻掉了。因為我一直把『一天聽一點』這樣的一個管道，當成是我自己在閱讀、學習，不管是在心理、個人、還是各方面的接觸裡面的一個感受分享的渠道。

那當然如果有朋友喜歡跟支持，並且帶給一些朋友幫助，我會覺得很開心。然而呢，我當初在開始做這件事情的時候，就已經打定主意，如果沒人理我，那我也不在乎，因為比較重要的是，我能不能透過這個管道，把自己每天一點一滴的前進凝練起來，成為自己的記錄，那是我比較在乎的。

所以呢，突然有朋友問我說「我是不是轉性了？」，我呢還好好的回顧一下，最近這一段時間我分享內容，的確喔這一段時間，比較多的是個人的感悟，不像是先前比較多是可能故事，甚至於最多的大宗都是一些心理學的研究。

或許在客觀的角度來說，的確我談的內容有一點不太一樣，但是回到我的主觀世界，我還是覺得「我還是我」啊，本質沒有變啊！那我正絞盡腦汁的在想，要怎麼回答這個問題的時候，剛好我看到了一個福爾摩斯跟華生醫生他們的故事，我想這個故事可以幫我回答這個問題。

福爾摩斯跟華生醫生呢，他們兩位一起去露營，他們在星空底下搭好帳篷，然後就進去睡了，到半夜的時候呢，福爾摩斯搖醒華生，他對華生說：「華生，你抬頭看星星，告訴我你發現了什麼？」

華生回答說：「我看到數百萬顆星星！」
福爾摩斯說：「你從這點推論出什麼？」

華生回答說：「如果有數百萬顆星星，即使只有一些是行星，很可能其中有類似地球的行星，如果外太空有類似地球的行星，很可能上面也有生命存在。」

想不到這時候福爾摩斯冷冷的說：「華生，你這白痴啊！這表示有人偷了我們的帳篷。」

好！跟你分享一個小故事，博君一燦喔。那這個故事跟我要回答有什麼關係呢？簡單來說華生把福爾摩斯的問題「複雜化」了，並且按照複雜化的邏輯還有思維，說出了一大桶的道理，但是事實上來說，福爾摩斯只是單純的半夜醒來之後，發現原本搭好的帳篷怎麼不見了呢？

或許從華生的角度來說，他設想福爾摩斯問他這個問題，一定有背後深刻的大道理，但是他卻忽略了從「最簡單」的角度、從「最簡單」的出發點去思考，試著先從最簡單的方向去試試看，到底這是不是答案。

那回到我身上，或許很多朋友一路聽我的『一天聽一點』都已經假設，我一定要端出個心理學家的樣子，跟你談很多的研究，或者是跟你談很多聽起來很厲害的東西。

那當然這也沒錯啦，如果你真的得到了一些東西，然後感覺我很厲害，那我只能先說謝謝你。但事實上，我終歸到底，我還是個人，我有我自己的專業，我更有我自己的生活跟感觸。

如果從學習跟分享的角度來看，我會讀一些專業的書籍，我會讀一些跟我的工作有關的書籍，但是我更會去接觸跟我生命本質有關的那些內容。這些內容可能是各個領域的書籍，更有可能是我在生活當中跟很多朋友的互動，還有更多就是當我的心安靜下來之後，我反思、我沈澱、我覺察。

在我自己的生命裡面，我到底經歷了什麼？或許有時候我們看待別人，都有很多自己的投射跟想象，然而就像我常常在『高難度對話』這一門課裡面講的一個故事。

我說如果有一個老太太，她電視壞了要你去修理，在你大張旗鼓的把電視拆解開來之前，你是不是要先檢查一下，這個電視到底有沒有插上插頭呢？有時候根本關鍵的原因，搞不好很簡單，就像是電視之所以沒辦法運作，不是因為它壞了，是因為沒有插插頭。

面對人生跟面對他人，當然有它的複雜性，可是我們常常會忽略，或許從最「根本」的地方檢查起，才會是真正解決問題、跟認識問題的「起點」不是嗎？
