Feb-25, 2021 Dessert! Hello Everyone! 😀😀😀 I use the UB box to watch TV here. Recently, the UB is really unstable. I’m so frustrated that I cannot watch it. 😟😟😟 Don’t know when the UB can fix it. I cannot live without TV.... Let’s have Bread Pudding (麵包布丁）for today. 😋😋 大家好啊！我在這都用安博盒子（UB box）在看電視，最近安博都好不穩定，有些片都打不開...讓我非常困擾，都無法觀看...😟😟😟 也不知道他們什麼時候才可以修好，我真的不能沒有電視.... 我們今天來個麵包布丁吧！ - 《Bread Pudding》 ♥️Ingredients: 2pcs of toast,raisins, almonds, dried cranberries, powdered sugar ♥️Ingredients of pudding: milk 100ml, heavy cream 100ml, 2 eggs, sugar 40g, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp rum（optional） ♥️How to make? 1. Diced the toast. 2. Put the raisins and dried cranberries into water 3. Mixed the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and rum well. 4. Put all of the diced toast into the baking mold 5. Pour the mixture(step 3) into mold as well. Have the raisins, dried cranberries and almonds on to top. Stay there for 10 minutes. 6. Pre-heat the oven to 360 degrees F. Put the bread pudding into oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. After time’s up, sprinkle the powdered sugar on the top.
