就是往上看，抬起臉來仰望神。

我們也許以為，因著我們的失敗，我們是無望的。因此，我們來看哀歌三章二十二至二十五節是有益的。...這些話是巴比倫人毀滅了耶路撒冷，焚燒了聖殿，並將許多人擄去以後寫的。照一些歷史的記載，耶利米哀歌是耶利米坐在小山上，俯視被毀的耶路撒冷城時所寫的。

當然，以色列人必定覺得，神丟棄了他們，他們完了。一面，耶利米哀哭；另一面，他寫作。在他的寫作裏他能說，他們不至消滅，是出於耶和華的慈愛。他能說，他們仍在那裏，神沒有丟棄他們。首領、申言者和祭司失敗了，但神的憐恤不斷絕，反而，這些每早晨都是新的。耶利米甚至能宣告，耶和華是他的分，他仰望祂，因祂必恩待那等候祂的。為甚麼在神裏面有盼望？因為神不失望。﹝取材自臺灣福音書房《耶利米書耶利米哀歌生命讀經》﹞

約拿書2:7
「我心在我裡面發昏的時候，我就想念耶和華。
我的禱告進入祢的聖殿，達到祢的面前。」

這是他在大魚肚子裡的禱告，
在最黑暗的光景裡面，
約拿說：「我想念耶和華」，
不是想念專家說的話，
不是想念什麼工具書的方法，
而是「想念耶和華」！
