今天是我33歲生日，呢幾日我都留喺屋企閉關燃燒生命畫完呢首 【 #7頭之歌 】嘅MV，希望趕得切今日送呢份生日禮物比我自己👴🏻7頭之歌係有一次我被髮型師剪咗個阿旺頭但第二日我要喺市集音樂會唱歌，所以萬念俱灰之下一邊沖涼一邊作咗呢首歌。

明明我畫插畫畫得好哋哋，點解會開始做音樂撈過界呢？大約7年前我擺動漫展有個問路嘅阿嬋同另一個fans喺同一日稱讚我係氣質男，我覺得同一個大話講三次就會成真，就喺我沖涼嘅時候作咗我人生第一首original song 【 #氣質K歌】 ，營造我係氣質男+人見人愛嘅假象，仲拍咗條片放上網，之後擺市集有個結他鬼才 @edwinhokk 冇啦啦走過嚟同我講話喺網上面聽咗我首歌作咗個結他chord，就恬不知恥咁喺我面前彈起上嚟，我就發現原來我9唱嘅歌不知不覺荼毒咗好多音樂界嘅年青人，連玩開音樂嘅大神都覺得嘖嘖稱奇，就係咁我開創咗我Poop music 呢個catergory，之後偶而我都會搵 @edwinhokk 開Live唱歌同喺街busking做我嘅御用結他手，我唱啲歌完全唔跟拍子，曲風又獵奇，但佢完全唔駛練習聽第一次就彈到出嚟，我懷疑佢阿媽生到佢成個腦都係chord。今次編曲同監製都係佢負責，嚴格嚟講佢都算係開發我音樂之路嘅貴人，冇佢就唔會有我，樂壇都會寧靜同清幽好多😛

我十幾年前畢業嘅時候寫咗一張To Do List，入面寫咗十幾個我想喺40歲前解鎖嘅職業成就稱號🔓我希望喺短暫嘅人生入面可以將我嘅創意apply落去唔同嘅media到產生不同界別嘅作品，喺唔同嘅業界插旗寫住「到此一遊」😛而【唱作歌手】嘅解鎖條件就係為自己嘅原創歌整一個MV出一隻碟，希望今年我可以用自己啲積蓄做到一隻屬於自己嘅大碟👴🏻

聽落係好勇敢好bravo嘅夢想，其實係好消極嘅，我只係冇自信自己可以喺任何業界做到一個好出色嘅成就，所以先退而求其次，做到少少成績就好開心懶繽紛，仲可以話自己係/slash/斜槓青年，其實一早已經踏入中年。

呢幾年大大話話都作咗差唔多50首歌，我啲歌全部都好冇營養，每首歌嘅歌詞都好似喺xanga打日記咁紀錄咗我人生一啲好7嘅片段，你可能會覺得我的作品沒有靈魂，可能是我的靈魂太大了，我啲作品裝唔落😂我知道我嘅音樂好小眾，難登大雅之堂，無論喺商業上定係藝術上都唔會得到啲咩認同，但無人認同嘅夢想係咪就唔可以做、唔值得追呢？如果只為了得到其他人的認同才去做每一件事，會錯過生命中很多的嘗試。

我有很長一段時間潛咗水冇蒲頭，因為我一直都活在自我厭惡的漩渦中，我就是我自己最大的hater，我每天都找到十幾種理由去討厭自己，我覺得自己的創作不被這個地方需要，覺得自己可有可無，沒有存在價值，隨時都可以被取代。

我發現自己也許不是很喜歡創作的人，比起創作本身，我更喜歡創作帶給我的成就感和被別人認同的感覺，尤其是別人因為我的創作得到快樂，令我覺得自己是被需要的，我剝落的自信心可以透過這種被需要的感覺重新填滿。

但我發現當我把被需要變成一種需要，是一件非常痛苦的事。

因為當你把自己的快樂和成就感投放在別人的眼光下，一旦世界沒有要來配合你，你的快樂便無處安放，你眼中的世界便到處是痛苦，讓你無路可逃。尤其是網絡世界每天都有海量的娛樂和創作，誰也不是誰的必需品。

所以早一陣子我從創作和表演的崗位上逃離，回去當一個稱職的觀眾。

我發現身邊很多朋友，有些是畫家，有些是表演者，有些是音樂人，他們都默默在自己崗位上努力，他們可能只欠一個機會，一個舞台，明明做著很出色很值得被讚賞的事，卻總是沒有人給予掌聲，世界不是每一次都慷慨地給予他們努力應有的成果，但即使沒有舞台燈的照耀，他們仍然選擇默默努力的身影，看起來總是孤寂而壯麗。

我呀，也想成為我眼中欣賞的這些人，
成為能在沒有掌聲的寂靜中，
徑自翩翩起舞的那些
可愛的人們。

這些努力的身影，
就算失敗了，跌倒了，
姿勢也十分優美。

感謝一直在我生命中出現的幫我一把的人們，
喜歡我的創作的人，
幫我動畫配音的人，
相信我找我出書的人，
找我一起jam歌的人，
找我去挑戰各種我沒嘗試過的事情的人。
我一直是一個自我價值很卑微的人，
如果沒有人來提醒我很好，我是被需要的，
我就會沉溺在不斷貶損自己，
傷害自己的輪迴中。

從來我都一直是那個不相信自己的人，
因為大家都相信著我可以，
為了回應別人的期待，
我才會想勇敢去繼續嘗試。

今天我33歲了，短命的話已經過了半輩子了，
我的生日願望是
希望我能成為那些即使世界不予回饋
仍能保持初心繼續埋首苦幹的人。
希望我往後的人生即使不斷持續地老去，
也能義無反顧地實踐著許多別人覺得好7的事，
繼續7事認真做，認真做好每一件7事。

我始終覺得，7到盡頭，就會開始cute；
你唔覺得cute，因為你傲嬌。

這樣想，這首7頭之歌，其實有點Soul。

〈Song of Liberty〉是去年在美國留學時所創作的作品，那時正值香港民主運動最為激烈的時期，我們希望藉著以音樂和影像作為媒介，去記錄屬於香港的集體回憶。

這次幸得非常關注香港時事的挪威友人參與編曲部分，以及一位香港友人獨力完成了所有影像內容。如若喜歡這個企劃和理念，請不要吝嗇你的分享、留言和讚好。

此影片的本意是讓眾多香港人記起過去一年發生的大小事，不要忘記初衷和憤怒，不要因為恐懼而退縮，不要害怕失敗而拒絕嘗試。
