昨夜食過晚飯，行經果欄，和家人選購生果。走在果欄的10分鐘，聽著老闆的講解，學懂了更多。車厘子的等級、蘋果的產地、士多啤梨的保鮮期，每每是學問。青森縣相馬的紅蘋果體積甚大，食味清甜，質感略粉。福岡「秀」級士多啤梨正值當造期，又熟又甜又大粒，不論是價錢或質量，也比在各大超市買到更好。果欄真是一個讓人尋寶的地方。
Walked pass the Fruit Market with family after dinner last night and shopped for some fruit. The 10-minutes we spent in the market listening to the information that the shop owner told us made us learn a lot, such as the grading and ranking of cherries, the origins of apples and the preservation of strawberries. The apples from Aomori were huge and slightly sweet and fresh. Strawberries from Fukuoka, with the Deluxe grading, were in its harvest season. They were so big, fresh and sweet. The quality and price were so much better than those we got in supermarket.
Fruit Market is really a place we can find some nice treasures :)
