Steamed rice and lentil patties served with chutney and sambar
第一次食這款印度菜。Idli sambar是南印度的典型菜式，是一款蒸米蛋糕，味道本身帶甜，沾到湯中，微微偏腍，再沾酸辣醬，初嘗試感覺十分特別！
Never tried this before. Idli Sambar is a typical South Indian breakfast.
It was soft spongy Idlis and lip smackingly delicious Sambar.
The Idlis are a kind of rice cakes that are steamed using fermented lentil and rice batter.
Sambar is the tangy spicy vegetable lentil soup in which the Idli’s are dunk.
餐廳食物質素均好，風味十足，位於重慶大廈之內，除了感受異角風情，也算支持良心小店，，所以值得好評！

又去食咖哩，今次入左重慶大廈！今次到訪的是一家印度餐廳，位於重慶大廈的一樓，內部環境也是充滿異國風情！

咖哩羊肉 ($98) Lamb Curry (HKD98)
Boneless pieces of lamb cooked with mild spices & thin sauce
Warm and puffy Naan as well, perfectly matched with lamb curry! I could smell it - rich and gorgeous sauce!
Must try if you enjoy tasty chunks of tender.
爆得好香，送來之時已經有著陣陣香味，羊肉已經煮至香腍惹味，每口帶著香料的香辣味道，食過不停，配合印度薄餅更惹味！
