自此當有流行病出現。
日本人就會畫下阿瑪比的樣子。
來祈求疫情結束。

清明時節雨紛紛 網上媳婦欲斷魂

昨天隨著太醫一家去掃墓，比起滿坑滿谷的張太集團(是真的張太s!)，帶著三小行動更磨人。龜蜜 #陳菁徽醫師 也跟我抱怨帶著兩小回南部掃墓熱死了，我們有感而發的一致認為，為了不要給小孩有偷罵我們的藉口，希望將來把骨灰拿去喜愛之處灑一灑就好。陳菁徽很愛潛水也愛滑雪，她糾結著到底是要灑在海裡還是雪場山上。我說我比較喜歡雪場，不只是因為我沒那麼愛潛水，另外就是雪場上比較多小鮮肉啊! 如果有小鮮肉華過去我們還可以黏上去，進行一個聊齋誌異的畫皮或是聶小倩的動作，說有多浪漫就有多浪漫。陳菁徽聽了表示唉唷不錯喔而且她要澳洲來的(還挑!)

聊完了這麼廢的對話之後，我進行了比較嚴肅的思考。(以下正經文注意)

人，終將一死。但是醫療技術的進步，大大了拉長了我們死亡過程。究竟，在人生最終的這一段，哪一些醫療介入是真正有意義的延續我們的生命? 抑或只是無效的醫療? 究竟監測器上跳動的數字或線條，只是給活人帶來安慰? 如何給逝者安息?

我的本職是家庭醫學科，同時也有安寧緩和醫療專科執照。以前住院醫師時代受訓期間，在安寧病房看了許多人他們人生落幕時的故事。這些經歷改變了我很多想法。當我有了自己的孩子以後，我也會思考將來我人生走到尾聲，什麼時候落幕也不知道，是不是我應該先準備好自己的晚期人生，以及落幕的方式? 好讓我的孩子不需要為了怎麼樣幫我決定醫療而糾結掙扎? 我認為這是做父母的給孩子們，最後留下的禮物。
