壓力大的時候你最想喝甚麼?一罐冰凍夠汽的可樂?還是一杯全糖少冰的珍珠奶茶?你知道你喝了甚麼下肚嗎?來看看它們的營養成份:

珍珠奶茶 可樂
卡路里 約90-100千卡 42千卡
糖份 約5-6克 10.6克
脂肪 約2-3克 0克
以一粒方糖等於5克計算,一罐330毫升的可樂等於7粒方糖,同等容量的全糖珍珠奶茶等於3.5粒糖。除了糖份,珍珠奶茶中所謂的奶茶多數由奶精炮製而成,奶精含有對心血管有害的反式脂肪酸,會增加壞膽固醇。高熱量的珍珠加入不少糖份烹煮,不但致肥,亦會加速皮膚老化,提高高血糖、高血脂、高血壓等慢性疾病的發生。
那麼可樂的問題應該比較少吧?飲用含大量糖份的可樂,會提高肥胖症、糖尿病、心臟病、心血管疾病、腎病、脂肪肝、痛風等機會,當中的磷酸容易令牙齒酸蝕、骨質疏鬆,長遠還會削弱味覺功能。
壓力大時我們會特別想喝甜味飲品,又或是吃高熱量食物或垃圾食物,喝的時候感覺很爽,但過後可能會產生罪惡感。想疏肝,偶爾邪惡一下還是可以的,但要小心成癮,經常心思思想喝就是成癮的開始,可以嘗試做飲食記錄,告訴自己要避開這些飲品,選擇一些比較健康的代替品吧。

Bubble milk tea vs Coca-Cola
Which drink do you crave the most when you are stressed? A can of cold Coca-Cola, or full-sugar bubble milk tea with less ice? Do you know what exactly did you drink? Let us look at some of their nutrition information:

Energy
Bubble milk tea:approx. 90-100 calories
Coca-Cola:42kcal
Sugar
Bubble milk tea: approx. 5-6g
Coca-Cola: 10.6g
Fat
Bubble milk tea:approx. 2-3g
Coca-Cola:0g
Assuming one sugar cube is equivalent to 5g, one cup of 700ml full-sugar bubble milk tea will contain about 8 cubes of sugar, whereas a can of 330ml Coca-Cola will come with 7 cubes of sugar!
Besides sugar, the ‘milk tea’ in the bubble milk tea is actually creamer, which contains trans-fat that is bad for the cardiovascular system, and would increase the Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL). The bubbles, also known as boba, are made of sugar and high in calories. They will not only accelerate the aging of the skin but also will cause obesity, hyperglycemia (high blood sugar levels), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol) and hypertension high blood pressure).
How about Coca-Coca then? Its high sugar content can increase the chances of individuals becoming obese and contracting diabetes, heart and cardiovascular diseases, kidney problems, fatty liver and gout. The phosphoric acid in the drink, on the other hand, can cause the erosion of the teeth, and can cause osteoporosis as well as a reduced response to taste in the long run.

We tend to crave for sweet drinks and unhealthy food with high calories when we are under pressure. More often than not, you will enjoy the drinks first, and feel guilty afterwards. Drinking these beverages once in a blue moon is fine but make sure it does not turn into a habit. If need be, start recording your drinking habits so you can keep track of what you have consumed. All in all, it is always good to resist the temptation and opt for healthier beverages.
