稜角室堅持呈現食物的原味，連醬料都自己調配，油封鴨炸的外酥內軟，馬鈴薯泥包覆調味過的手絲鴨肉，口感超綿密，顛覆鴨肉易卡牙縫的印象，搭配大蒜蛋黃醬、香料鵝油干蔥碎、自製黑莓果醬口感更具層次❤️有著淡淡奶香味的酥軟麵包單吃也很好吃，甚至沾的#吉拿棒 的海鹽焦糖醬也超搭！吉拿棒也炸恰到好處，安迪先生也很愛這道，當然沒有我們討厭的肉桂🤣脆薯淋上些許蜂蜜，就算不沾美奶滋自己也很喜歡，口感紮實但不乾口，而紅茶、生菜沙拉與蘋果汁較中規中矩，胃不好的盡可能不要點蘋果原汁，因為酸到不行😭最後只好都進安迪先生的肚子裡啦🙈

整體來說是家值得回訪的店，推薦+$98升級為套餐，菜色豐富且創新，口味上也相當有水準，但高腳椅的部分可以的話希望可以更換，因為矮子腿短身體往前傾吃飯椅子腳會一直翹起來，好幾次差點撲在桌上撞倒餐點…….

They are insisted on the original flavor of the food, even all the source is made by themselves; for the duck confit croquette sandwich, outside is very crispy and inside is soft, and the mashed potato is in the middle of duck meat and crispy skin, it tastes really soft and with garlic yolk source, homemade blackberry jam which created a complexity of texture in our mouths. Churros here is also amazing, Mr. Andy really like this one, crispy churros with honey is so good!!😊

For overall, this restaurant is good, we suggest to upgrade your dish with +$98 combo, they have very different menu in these extra combo also is delicious; but about the high chair there is quite dangerous for the people short like me.
