// 𝘀 𝗶 𝗽 𝘀 𝗼 𝗻 𝗴 𓋍  i think the best part about sip song is their environment, decor, and the service! though the food is pretty delicious too the portions were a bit small and prices are definitely higher than other thai restaurants!  𝗸𝗮𝗶 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗴 𝗸𝗲𝘂𝘆 ($𝟲𝟱) 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗂 𝗌𝗈𝗇-𝗂𝗇-𝗅𝖺𝗐 𝗌𝖼𝗈𝗍𝖼𝗁 𝖾𝗀𝗀, 𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖼𝖾𝖽 𝖼𝗁𝗂𝖼𝗄𝖾𝗇, 𝖼𝗋𝗂𝗌𝗉𝗒 𝗌𝗁𝖺𝗅𝗅𝗈𝗍𝗌 a runny soft boiled egg wrapped in minced chicken and then fried, giving it that crispy exterior and soft gooey centre!  𝗺𝘂𝘂 𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 ($𝟴𝟱) 𝖼𝗁𝖺𝗋𝖼𝗈𝖺𝗅 𝗀𝗋𝗂𝗅𝗅𝖾𝖽 𝗉𝗈𝗋𝗄 𝗇𝖾𝖼𝗄 𝗌𝗄𝖾𝗐𝖾𝗋𝗌, 𝖽𝖺𝗋𝗄 𝗌𝗈𝗒 pork neck here is softer and more tender, plus its also much more fatty which means that it feels more oily. but i must say that it’s perfectly charred and the marinade is on point!  𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗵𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 ($𝟭𝟵𝟱) 𝗋𝖾𝖽 𝗋𝗈𝖺𝗌𝗍𝖾𝖽 𝖽𝗎𝖼𝗄 𝖼𝗎𝗋𝗋𝗒, 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗂 𝗐𝗁𝗂𝗌𝗄𝖾𝗒-𝗌𝗈𝖺𝗄𝖾𝖽 𝗄𝗎𝗆𝗊𝗎𝖺𝗍𝗌, 𝗅𝗒𝖼𝗁𝖾𝖾 𝖼𝗈𝖼𝗈𝗇𝗎𝗍 𝗆𝗂𝗅𝗄 the curry was relatively sweet, but still aromatic and perfect for dipping your roti in. my only complaint is that the duck and the curry felt like two separate components since the meat barely absorbed any of the curry.  𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗼 𝗴𝗮𝗶 ($𝟭𝟯𝟱) 𝖽𝗋𝗎𝗇𝗄𝖾𝗇 𝗌𝗍𝗒𝗅𝖾 𝗌𝗉𝗂𝖼𝗒 𝗇𝗈𝗈𝖽𝗅𝖾𝗌, 𝖿𝗋𝖾𝖾-𝗋𝖺𝗇𝗀𝖾 𝖼𝗁𝗂𝖼𝗄𝖾𝗇, 𝗀𝗋𝖾𝖾𝗇 𝗉𝖾𝗉𝗉𝖾𝗋𝖼𝗈𝗋𝗇𝗌, 𝖻𝖺𝖻𝗒 𝖼𝗈𝗋𝗇 i love how chewy these noodles are and how it absorbs all the sauces and “wok hei” so well! it’d be nicer if it was less glued together but everything else was perfect.   𝗸𝗮𝗶 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗴 ($𝟳𝟱) 𝗆𝖺𝗇𝗀𝗈 𝗌𝗍𝗂𝖼𝗄𝗒 𝗋𝗂𝖼𝖾 the mangoes were sweet and juicy, but the coconut cream could be richer and a tiny bit saltier.
