踏入初秋,開始感受到秋燥的威力,皮膚開始變得繃緊乾燥,除了多塗抹潤膚乳,還要記得內在調理,多飲用有滋陰潤肺功效的湯水,增加身體津液。滋潤湯水常用到雪耳,而肉質較厚的黃耳,其滋潤效果一樣高,而且補脾胃效能更勝雪耳,特別適合陰虛、血虛、氣虛、陽虛體質人士食用。乾身的黃耳皺褶很多像個小腦袋,煲煮前要先清洗,並且浸泡數小時至軟身才使用,小小的黃耳浸泡後可發大數倍,除了煲湯,黃耳本身帶有淡淡桂花香味,煮糖水同樣美味。
滋陰潤燥湯水小貼士:
適當地添加滋陰潤燥的食材如沙參、玉竹、麥冬、枸杞子等。
黃耳百合螺頭烏雞湯
功效:健脾潤肺,有助舒緩因為乾燥而出現的不適症狀。
材料:黃耳2塊、新鮮百合1個、蓮子40克、乾淮山20克、乾螺頭5塊、烏雞1隻、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,烏雞氽水備用;百合剝開一片片,黃耳及乾螺頭浸泡至軟身備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

周二 大家好呀 近2周天氣明顯有點秋意🍁🍂🌾 每朝早起來 站在露台吹吹涼風 十分寫意吧😇

Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Blanche black chicken and set aside. Peel lily bulb. Soak yellow fungus and dried couches until soft.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hour. Add salt to taste.
