首爾遊的最後一個post, 決定以 @jungsik_inc 收尾😌 好多人都說這裡好食, 所以決定這次旅行必須來陶醉只此一次的fine dining奢侈餐🙈
這其實是Oppa到著後的第一頓飯。 因為航班深夜才抵達仁川, 第二天起床, 就馬上跟朋友來食飯了。 只能說, 這餐飯為這次首爾遊...

首爾遊的最後一個post, 決定以 @jungsik_inc 收尾😌 好多人都說這裡好食, 所以決定這次旅行必須來陶醉只此一次的fine dining奢侈餐🙈
這其實是Oppa到著後的第一頓飯。 因為航班深夜才抵達仁川, 第二天起床, 就馬上跟朋友來食飯了。 只能說, 這餐飯為這次首爾遊作出了完美的開場😍
食頭盤前有5款細膩小食, 全部都含有韓式元素!🇰🇷 頭盤(沒有圖)是濟州種植的蘆筍🌿 本地產蔬菜果然與別不同!
第二道菜, 我們就加了10000won點了海膽拌飯。 絕對值得! 飯粒混了海苔油, 超好味❤ 主菜要選擇海洋或者陸地。 我們都挑選了陸地, 黑毛豬🐷 嫩滑多汁, 出色!
最後, 甜品就是它們最有名的石頭人🗿 餐單會隨著季節變動, 但這道鎮店之寶永遠都刻在餐牌上! 當中亦是加入了韓國料理元素, 例如紅豆和濟州牛奶雪糕等🤤
因為這是Oppa第一次在韓國食fine dining, 覺得特別新奇。 友善專業的waiter為我們送上每一道菜的時候都會細心講解。 我聽完以後, 望着我朋友說, 我大概只聽懂了7成😳 (因為我朋友是韓國人, 所以waiter用了韓文解釋菜式。 但他們絕對能講流利英文!) 我朋友卻笑言, 原來他都只聽懂8成😂 大概是waiter語速太快, 還用了太多深奧的烹飪用語吧!
Ending my series of #Seoul food posts with a bang💥 Went here for lunch the day after I landed (aka, my first meal this trip), and oh man, it was the perfect feast to kick-start my vacation🇰🇷
I was determined to visit #정식당, so I immediately settled on this restaurant as my only extravagant, fine dining meal this trip✈
Before our 4-courses, we were presented with this beautiful arrangement of canapes😍 They were all delicate and delicious. The way they managed to add a Korean twist to each item completely blew my mind!
Then we were served Jeju-grown asparagus as an appetizer (not pictured), followed by a stellar Sea Urchin Bibimbap🍚 The rice was mixed with seaweed oil for an extra fragrant punch. We had to give an extra 10,000won for this but was TOTALLY worth😋
Had to choose btwn Land or Sea for our main course, and we went for the Iberico Pork with broccolini (Land) option🐷 Tender and cooked to perfection! And last but not least, dessert❤ The DulHarubang (stone statue) here is famous, and it did not disappoint👍 It was fun to eat and also incorporated Asian touches to it (e.g. Red Bean, Jeju milk ice cream).
An incredible experience. It was also my first time being asked whether I want sparkling or still water in Korean😂 Love it!

白天教銜接課孩子煎煮炒炸各式料理的英文怎麼說,
晚上要煮飯給孩子吃,
還要做造型勒!
我參考書籍做了「敷泥面膜的金髮美女」,
孩子做了「戴蛋花髮飾而且頭上裝飾地花枝招展的女孩」+「各式造型人」,
爸爸則是「戴眼鏡留馬桶蓋髮型的小瓜呆」,
再搭配其他菜色,煮得我全身是汗💦💦💦
