與傳統流程不同，#共創 一開始把焦點放在新產品或是新產品的利害關係人的經驗上，但是企業往往忽略了內部的共創，內部員工也是利害關係人之一，必須納入共創的範圍內。共創也必須有例如利益、互相尊重等誘因吸引利害關係人加入，並以IT技術支援協助共創，透過團隊一同設計共創流程，合作加強凝聚力及動力。
