    Answer: Any issues related to form is a drawing issue (need to strengthen training in drawing). Lack of variation in values, brush strokes and rhythms is also a drawing issue. Dull colors is a result of lack of practice in small plein air paintings.

    答：形是素描問題。細節不豐富是素描問題。色彩單調是練習小畫（油畫）太少所致。

    To train color observation and rendering, practice doing small still life or landscape paintings (5x7 inches). Avoid using small brushes. Use mid-size bristle flats, don't use medium, to avoid pursuing details in the small painting. Learn to interpret the subject/scene in terms of color blocks. Force yourself to sense color blocks. Don't use your smartphone and pictures. You will be tempted to fall into the traps of details and there will be no color blocks and brush strokes in your paintings.

    練習色彩，以不超過十六開書本大小的油畫布板來窵生静物和風景。不要用小筆，中号筆（豬鬃筆、方頭）不用油。以減少追畫細節，學習以色塊概括對象的方式。強迫自己感覺出色塊。千萬別看手機，照片，形象太细沒有色塊和筆觸。
