    材料:
    紅蘋果 2個
    沙參 38克
    玉竹 38克
    南北杏 19克
    豬腱肉 600克
    鹽 1茶匙
    薑 1片
    水 10杯

    做法:
    1. 蘋果連皮洗淨,去芯後切塊備用;豬腱肉洗淨,切塊,放入加有薑片的滾水中汆燙去血水。
    2. 鍋中放入清水煮滾,加入全部材料,先用大火煮10分鐘,再轉小火煮2小時,待各材料煮至出味,加入鹽調味後即可食用。

    潤肺養顏湯水小貼士:
    適當地添加潤肺養顏的食材如沙參、玉竹、麥冬、乾螺頭等。

    紅蘿蔔粟米雪耳蓮子百合湯
    功效:滋陰潤肺,養心健脾,改善皮膚乾燥無光澤等症狀。
    材料:紅蘿蔔2根、粟米2根、雪梨2個、雪耳1塊、蓮子20克、百合20克、蜜棗3枚
    做法:
    1. 所有材料洗淨,雪耳浸泡至軟身,把黑色底部剪掉後切件;紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊、雪梨去皮去芯切塊、粟米去衣去鬚切段備用。
    2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
