那幾日下了一些春雨為大地解寒，趁初暖之際，不在乎青草還帶著水氣、泥土依舊濕軟，一個人到了城市邊緣的河濱綠地踏青。沿著河堤步道走著，享受這個時節才有的溫柔陽光，前方的一叢小白花抓住了我的目光，他們像是被亮醒了一般綻放，而忽見有一雙身影在花叢上盤旋，四隻淺藍色的翅膀瑩瑩飛舞，讓我想到了詩人羅伯特‧弗羅斯特那首朦朧的詩，形容藍色的蝴蝶是天空的碎片、是會飛的花兒，又覺得那蝴蝶像極了傳說中的藍冰蝶，隨著冬天的飄雪降下，冬季之後便回到天際…。

During those few days, some spring came down to relieve the cold for the earth. Taking the advantage of the early warmth, by myself I went for a walk on the greens along the river bank on the outskirts of the city, without caring that the grass was still touched with moisture and the mud was still wet and soft. When I was walking along the river embankment trail and enjoying the gentle sunshine that only exists at this time, a cluster of small white flowers in front arrested my eyes. They bloomed as if they were wakened by the sunshine, and suddenly I saw a pair of figures hovering over the flowers. Four light blue wings fluttering in the light reminded me of the abstract poem by poet Robert Frost, describing the blue butterflies as fragments in the sky, flying flowers, and thinking that the butterfly is very much like the legendary blue ice butterfly, falling with the snow in winter and returning to the sky after the winter...

#白露�#全年日夜溫差最大時節
#宜注意保暖

「白露」為何有這個稱謂？初秋的白晝氣溫尚暖，太陽下山後，氣溫下降速度非常快，空氣的水氣遇冷，便會凝結成細小水滴，依附在花草植物之上。白露節氣，氣候開始帶絲絲乾燥，飲食還是要配合體質，再以「甘寒潤燥」為原則，適量進食潤肺生津、養陰潤燥的食物，例如蓮子、百合、雪耳、梨子、芝麻、蜂蜜、枇杷等。但身體濕重人士還是以健脾胃為先。

White Dew Solar Term
What does the term white dew mean? Day time during early fall is still quite warm but the temperature drops quickly after sun down. As the moisture in air hit the cold, little drops form on plants. During white dew, the weather starts to become dry and your diet should complement your body accordingly. To relieve dryness, consume ingredients to nourish yin, these include: lotus seeds, lily bulbs, snow fungus, pear, sesame, honey, loquat leaves. Those with dampness should focus on strengthening the spleen and stomach.

Gentle reminders:
- have a cup of rice water when you wake up to energize your body
- strengthen the spleen and stomach first then appropriately prevent fall dryness
- make some home made lip balm as gifts
- bring a coat out
- time to pack away those tanks and shorts

秘訣1：蛋是香氣來源
用大火把雞蛋的香氣逼出

秘訣2：全程大火炒
水氣蒸發，米飯又香又Q

秘訣3：有水材料最後放
炒飯才不會濕濕糊糊

秘訣4：配料先煮熟
生食先料理，最後再下鍋

Tip 1: Eggs provide the aroma
Use high heat to bring out the flavor.

Tip 2: Cook over a high flame
The moisture evaporates to make the fried rice aromatic and al dente firm

Tip 3: Add watery ingredients last
so the fried rice does not become wet and mushy

Tip 4: Cook ingredients first
Raw ingredients should be cooked before adding to the wok


蛋炒飯
Fried Rice

材料：
白飯 220公克
蔥花 20公克
雞蛋 2顆

Ingredients
220g white rice
20g chopped green onion
2 eggs

調味料：
鹽 1/4茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/8茶匙

Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

作法：
1. 將白飯放入盤中，撒上鹽、白胡椒粉及蔥花；蛋打散備用。
2. 熱鍋，加入約2大匙沙拉油，倒入蛋液快速攪散至蛋略凝固。
3. 將作法1的白飯放入作法2的鍋中，用鍋鏟將飯壓散翻炒至飯粒完全散開，再持續以大火翻炒至飯粒鬆散均勻即可。

To prepare
1. Place the rice on plate and sprinkle with salt, white pepper, and green onions; beat the eggs.
2. Heat the wok, add about 2 tablespoons salad oil, quickly stir in the egg mixture until it starts to become firm.
3. Place the rice from step 1 into the wok from step 2, using a spatula to stir the rice so that the grains are completely dispersed. Continue to cook over a high flame until the grains become loose., and keep stirring until mixed evenly


番茄蛋炒飯
Tomato Fried Rice

材料：
白飯 220公克
蔥花 20公克
雞蛋 2顆

Ingredients
220g white rice

番茄醬 2大匙

3. 將作法1的白飯放入作法2的鍋中，用鍋鏟將飯壓散翻炒至飯粒完全散開，持續以大火翻炒至飯粒鬆散。
4. 加入番茄醬持續炒至乾香均勻即可。
