Chef Patrick was born and raised in Bordeaux, France. Moving to Taiwan in 1998, he met a local girl, got married and started a family. He opened Saveurs in 2004, serving traditional French foods of southwest France. The biz lunch then included bread basket, soup, appetizer, main course, dessert and coffee for $400. Years later the price has gone up to $680 and the food is still as delicious as always.
