韓國最貴的房子在哪？大家可能會猜富人雲集的江南。

但其實是三星會長李建熙，位於梨泰院的別墅。總價177億韓元(≒台幣5.1億)，總面積3,422 m2(≒1,035坪)。如果算單坪價格，其實不貴，一坪大約台幣50萬而已（台灣房地產害我價值觀好偏差）。

而在「毫宅排行榜」上，李建熙除了蟬聯12年的冠軍，還包辦第二~第四名。不當會長去當包租公也行（我眼界真小）。

第五名是徐慶培(서경배；化妝品集團愛茉莉太平洋的董事長)，第六名又是三星(旗下集團所持有)，第七名是食品業重要角色，大象集團的總裁林昌郁。

大象集團甚少出現在台灣媒體上，但其實它跟三星關係也算密切，但是是尷尬的密切。

各國都一樣，有錢人愛搞聯姻。大象集團的千金，是三星少主李在鎔的前妻，三星前太子妃。她先與李在鎔離婚、後改戀韓國男藝人李政宰。

以台灣來舉例，就是孫芸芸離婚後，跟(還是單身的)藍正龍交往，那樣的感覺。她身為名媛貴婦，卻不畏眼光做自己（韓國財閥其實是看不起藝人的），讓不少韓國女性對她大起好感。

回到主題，豪宅排行榜的第八名，是新世界集團的鄭溶鎮。又跟三星有關係。因為看到李建熙，他得叫聲「叔叔好」。

感覺不管怎樣都逃不了三星的魔掌啊啊啊。

不過李建熙有錢有權住豪宅，兒子現在卻住居留所。阿Q如我略感安慰。
