This “stand up” sushi store has a lot of branches all around Tokyo, and they provide english menus for foreigners, so it’s super tourist friendly! However I realised that some sushis were missing from the menu, so I would recommend taking a look at the wooden plates behind the counter for more variety. You can also point at anything on the counter that you would like to have and the chef will provide it for you! . 壽司大約¥100至¥300一件 大部分都幾高質同新鮮 特別推介¥300嘅otoro (吞拿魚大腩) 食落滿口魚油香 入口即化 呢個價錢食到otoro真係幾抵食! The sushi’s price ranged from 100-300yen per piece. Most of them are extremely fresh and of a good quality. Highly recommend the 300yen otoro! Each bite was filled with this rich fish oil flavour, and the fish just melted in my mouth! . 另外赤海老亦都十分鮮甜 肉質稍微彈牙 師傅會問你想唔想將個蝦頭用黎整麵豉湯 濃郁嘅蝦膏同燒過嘅蝦殼以及剩餘嘅蝦肉成功令到個麵豉湯大大加分 一定要試!☺️ The aka-ebi was also another highlight. Not only was it fresh and “sweet”. the flesh was also quite firm. The chef asked if we wanted to make a miso soup out of the shrimp heads and the result was amazing!
