Well! As you know women could play an important role in helping the economy to grow.
如您所知，女性在幫助經濟成長的部分扮演著重要的角色。

There are various sectors of our economy where there is a huge opportunity to explore new things.
我們經濟的各個部位都存在著可以探索新事物的巨大機會。

The demand is in the market however there is no supply; therefore women can play their role and fill this demand and supply gap.
市場上有這樣的需求，但卻沒有供應；因此，女性正好可以發揮自己的作用，填補這個供需缺口。

Especially, developing country like India where human resource is so untapped, women can play their role and emerge as an important player.
特別是像印度這樣的發展中國家，人力資源尚未開發，女性可以發揮她們的作用，成為重要的參與者。

This gives them an opportunity for a woman to start a small business and working their way forward to become a successful entrepreneur.
這給了她們一個機會，讓女性創辦一家小企業，並努力成為一名成功的企業家。

What Women Need to Become Entrepreneur?
Surely, woman can be an entrepreneur. But she needs to have certain quality in her. Some of them are:
1. Ambition – The first thing that differentiates women with men is ambition. So women must have an ambition to succeed.
2. Self Confidence – Yes you can do it.
3. Area of Interest – She has to identify an area of interest. It means area or a field in which she is good at.
4. Right Planning and Strategy – She must have a plan or roadmap laid out.
5. Do not give up – Don’t give up because of some pressure.
女性成為企業家需要什麼？
當然，女性可以成為企業家。但她需要具備一定的素質。其中有一些是：
1. 企圖心——區分女性和男性的第一件事是企圖心。因此，女性必須有成功的企圖心。
2. 自信——是的，你可以做到。
3. 感興趣的領域——她必須確定一個感興趣的領域。這裡是指她擅長的領域
4. 正確的規劃和戰略——她必須制定一個計劃或路線圖。
5. 不要放棄——不要因為壓力而放棄。

針對台美TIFA復談，寫下一些觀察筆記。

想討論的朋友，麻煩花點時間看一下相關資料原文，口水戰就不必了。

1. 五年來TIFA總算復談，本質上是好事。

沒有TIFA，就沒有BTA（或FTA，不管叫什麼名稱）。台美雙邊經貿高度依存，台灣的終極目標，是跟美國簽訂雙邊貿易協定，重要性無須贅言。就這點來看，TIFA重啟就是好事，也應該給予肯定。

2. 台美雙方的會後新聞稿，兩個版本有明顯的重點差異。

我最關心的，而我想也是台灣民眾最關心的，就是疫苗的採購或授權代工。

美方的新聞稿，完全沒有提到「疫苗」。最接近的字眼，是medical device approval process，但這指的是「醫療器材核可程序」，跟疫苗完全無關。

很神奇的是，台灣這邊的新聞稿，其實也沒有提到「疫苗」。行政院的新聞稿，通篇也只提到了「醫療器材」四個字。

大家可能會覺得很奇怪，昨天TIFA會後相關的新聞，不是有提到疫苗嗎？

原來，行政院經貿談判辦公室在昨天記者會上，發給記者一份所謂的「TIFA會後記者會內容」文件，而副總談判代表楊珍妮的確照這份文件唸出了以下文字：

「我方呼籲未來雙方透過合作，逐步以援助、技術分享或授權代工等方式，擴大新冠肺炎藥品及疫苗的供應。」

楊珍妮唸出這段文字時，是放在「醫療器材」項目下的第二子項，而第一子項「雙方同意將簡化醫療器材審查文件程序，有利消費者加速取得所需的醫療器材」，其實才是美方新聞稿中所提到的「醫療器材核可程序」。

所以，兩邊新聞稿相互對照，有趣的疑問出現了。

第一個疑問：美方並沒有將「疫苗」放進新聞稿內，這個部分，究竟在談判過程中，美方的態度如何？

當然，衛福部薛次長在記者會上有數次解釋（因為好幾家媒體都在問疫苗的事），他說「這部分是我方提出，美方同意未來在工作小組繼續討論」。

但如果從美方新聞稿並未提到「將與台灣討論疫苗代工」的字眼，不難猜測美方對此的態度應該相當保留。

說實話，美方的顧慮我可以理解。但我不能理解的是，台灣這邊的新聞稿，為何不寫上「有關疫苗代工的部分，美方同意日後繼續討論」之類的文字？

我們看到的是，行政院的新聞稿寫的輕描淡寫，只提了「醫療器材」，但又同時發了另外一份「看起來像是第二份新聞稿」的文件叫做「TIFA會後記者會內容」，然後在這份文件提到了上述疫苗的文字。

這兩份文件，其實讀起來都像是新聞稿，前者保守，後者稍微「妝點」了一下。

3. 我說「妝點」，倒也沒有惡意，因為這是台灣政府機關寫新聞稿的文化（或弊病）。為何呢？

因為「TIFA會後記者會內容」的結論這樣寫著：

「美方表示本次會議高度成功(fully successful)」。

有看到嗎？還特別寫出英文，意思是，這句話是老美說的，是老美覺得這次會議很成功。

但，奇怪的是，行政院新聞稿卻沒有「高度成功」四個字。

究竟有沒有成功？出於好奇，我去看了美方USTR網頁，美方新聞稿中，通篇沒有提到successful 成功/ fruitful 豐碩/ productive 建設性 等相關字眼。

我花了一些時間去比對這些文字，是希望能盡可能了解會議現況。

當然，也請大家不要誤會我在批評。前線談判人員的辛勞應該給予肯定，無庸置疑。

只是，我們也應該從新聞稿原文去爬梳，盡可能找到原始文件，才能看出貓膩（if any）。

[DRIFTER • LIKE YOU DO ]

Part One: The 1st Dimension - DRIFTER

Music has always been an expression of self for JJ. His journey of self-discovery could be traced back to his From M.E. To Myself (2015) album, with him eventually finding the connection between himself and the world, and shared through his Message in a Bottle (2017) album.

In the recent years, JJ embarked on a different route to self-discovery as he shifts the focus of his music from self to “you”. Conveyed through his double EP DRIFTER • LIKE YOU DO, JJ propounds a new direction for self-reflection.

DRIFTER EP features six brand new Mandarin songs that weaved together a complete concept of: What would you do, if you, were not just you? The songs inspire us to contemplate the possibility that our consciousness could determine who we are - there could be multiple endings to every story, and when we believe so, the future will be limitless.

Part Two: The 2nd Dimension - LIKE YOU DO

An extension of Drifter, LIKE YOU DO explores a self-examining concept: What is left after you rid yourself of expectations?

When darkness descends, have you, in pursuit of survival, stumbled upon another version of yourself that is so foreign yet familiar? You could be that drifter, that is the only glimpse of hope left in a despondent world. Which version of you would emerge in face of adversity? If a parallel universe does exist, JJ is breaking out of his shell and introducing the hidden version of himself that we have yet to meet via LIKE YOU DO.

Partnered with new music collaborators Fernando Garibay, Nasri Atweh, Joshua Kissiah Cumbee, Ramiro Padilla and Daniel Padilla, JJ endeavours to offer fresh perspectives and sounds for this EP.

The journey and story of this alternate JJ Lin has just begun.
