Ingredient:
Dried #LilyBuds (100g)
Dried Black Fungus (10g)
Cabbage (300g)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Fermented Beancurd (for seasoning)
1) Sauté garlic. Add ingredients into wok.
2) Slowly pour in 100ml of water.
3) Cover wok. Simmer for 30mins. Season with fermented beancurd.
#Research have shown that lily bud is rich in Vit. E, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. Most importantly, it helps you to #staycalm 😁

金针黑木耳炒包菜
功效:
补气活血,清热平肝火
材料:
金针菜干品 (100g)
黑木耳干品 (10g)
高丽菜 (300g)
蒜茸 (少许)
南乳 (适量)
1)用油爆香蒜茸后,将以上全部材料倒入镬中
2)炒到水份渗出后,再注入少许清水
3)加盖慢火煮上半小时,煮到熟透加少许南乳调味即可
以上食疗方适宜妇女更年期;#烦燥 #易怒、#失眠、#口苦、#烘热汗出 等肝火旺症状。
方中 #金针菜,又称 #忘忧草;清热活血、养血补虚。
现代研究发现金针草含有维生素E、钙、磷、铁等营养物质及有镇静作用。
