I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

I ended up having to move school 3 times before I came to Balwyn Primary School, which was relatively multicultural.

搬家前，上學開車一分鐘，現在上學車程要３０分鐘，壓縮了我不少做便當的時間，尤其是一週有三天要７：４０AM到校，真的太難了我。😭

無聊的豆皮壽司，永遠是孩子們的最愛之一，甜甜的豆皮，配上酸酸的醋飯，吃幾個都不膩；以前可以早上起床現煮白飯，現在可沒辦法，連等醋飯涼的時間都沒有，春天天氣還涼爽，睡前把白飯煮好，拌入壽司醋做好了醋飯，放一層紗布吸收水氣，再蓋上蓋子，記得留縫通風，等到隔天早上直接把冷卻的醋飯捏成糰，塞入豆皮就可以了。

早上老公也吃了豆皮壽司當早餐，他說完全沒影響口感，一樣好吃。那樣我就放心了。

先來講淘汰的A和呼聲最高的D好了。

A是超級業務員，他賣得多，但賣出的價格如何？我們並沒有時間去查證，有可能他很便宜，抽佣少，所以大家都給他賣，在這種市場熱絡的時期，地段不差的，賣出房子應該不是太難，因為衝量衝名聲，才能讓他得到更多機會。當然以上是我們的猜測，主要是因為他在參觀我們家的時候，態度很隨便，而且來的時間，並不是跟我們當時約的一樣，是臨時更動說他剛好在這附近，然後說來就來，前後只停留20分鐘就走人，沒有給我們任何建議，只急著要我們簽約，我們夫妻兩個心想，第一次見面，你就這麼隨便更改時間，來得這麼唐突，以後，是不是我們要找找不到你，配合度會不會讓我們滿意？讓我們有安全感，畢竟這是第一次，我要找的是好的房仲業務，不是要便宜的。所以A就直接淘汰了。

呼聲最高的D「熟門熟路大廠牌老業務」怎麼也沒戲唱呢？

五年前我們跟他買房子，的確相處愉快，因為他當時告訴我們「廣告上的價格就是賣家想要的最底價，你開這個價格就可以，我一定會幫你成交。」

我們當時很懷疑，因為已經看了超過一百間房子，難得看到喜歡的，怎麼可能可以用這個價格成交，於是便問：「為什麼你這麼幫我們？這個價格真的可以買到這個房子？」

D說：「是的，這是他們的底價，他們急著要出售房子搬到阿德雷德去，他們需要錢，而且他們急著離開，之前他們已經賣了一陣子，定價很高，但沒有遇到願意出這麼高價的買家，昨天他們降價求售，說這是他們的底價，有人願意出他們就賣，因為他們沒時間等了。而我會告訴你們這個消息，是因為我一定要在三天內賣出這個房子，不然這個房子就會開放給我同事一起賣，那樣抽佣就得分享減半了，因此，我一定要這個房子成交。我會幫你們的」

最後，我們果然照這個業務的意思開了最低價的offer，過程中，雖然屋主要求我們再加一萬元，因為我們已經知道賣家的情況，所以我們只同意加$5000，然後房子就成交了。

所以，我們跟這個業務當年當然會談得愉快啊，他直接把賣家底價都掀牌給我們眯耶。今天換了角色，我們成了賣家，再怎麼想，也不會把房子交給他賣，我們甚至因為之前看他這樣出賣賣家，這次，還不敢跟仲介說我們要出國，而是說工作換到布里斯本，沒這麼急售，想找好的仲介幫忙賣房子。就怕遇到這樣的情況，覺得我們急著出國，隨意處理。所以，我衷心建議，想賣房子的人，不要表現出著急，缺錢，趕著離開的態度，業務的表現會比較好。

那你會問，既然不給他賣，那為何找他？
第一個當然是我們熟悉他，想聽他賣房的建議，他還真的給了不少分析，第二個找他估價，多一個人估價，多一個參考，第三個，看看他能不能說服我們把房子給他賣，但他覺得我們一定會給他賣，所以沒有很積極爭取。

另外，他只要看到房子的缺點，他就說「cover」，這讓我有點反感，因為當年交屋前，他並沒有安排我們驗收房子，而是在交屋那天，付款之後直接把Key交給我們，進了屋子之後，真的很多地方當時都被cover，而我們已經來不及要求賣家處理了。因為他也知道我們是第一次買房，不知道撥款前可以要求驗收房子，他竟然也就省略。我們也是這次賣房，才知道有這樣的程序。慶幸當時那些cover的地方都是小事，我們也就沒有計較，如果有大一點的問題，恐怕追究起來又是一個故事了。

今天我可以先寫這樣嗎？話太多，事又多，剩下的兩個業務下集來說。
