還記得這次帕運，選手帶給我們的感動嗎？今天， 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen 總統 蘇貞昌 院長和我，在總統府迎接每一位帕運英雄。

不論是在球場激烈交鋒、或在泳池乘風破浪、或在田徑場上盡情飛躍，謝謝十位帕運英雄帶給我們的激情與感動，你們的拚搏及奮戰精神，不只鮮明刻印在國人的記憶之中，也帶給社會鼓舞人心的力量。

我也特別要謝謝這次代表團的 #教練、#隊醫、#後勤團隊 以及 #裁判、#分級師 等成員，謝謝你們讓選手維持最佳狀態、超越自我巔峰，豐富了帕運的競技舞台。

每一位帕運英雄，背後都有刻骨銘心的故事，在選手的發光發熱背後，感謝支撐、陪伴選手的家人朋友們，我相信，你們不只是英雄，更是成就英雄的英雄。

I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

After that, I did alright. Music featured very prominently in my life. I had started learning the violin from the age of 2.5 years old and even with all the troubles that were going on in my life, had somehow still kept up with it. As a result, I got a music scholarship to Trinity Grammar School. But even there I used to get into quite a lot of mischief, and would often skip school to go to the movies.

從她完成賽事看到自己成績而感到驚訝，到滿臉的喜悅，可以感受到她對游泳不只是當作競技，而是一種享受。

在香港，很多學生為了成為全職運動員而被迫放棄學業。不過何詩蓓戰勝了香港運動員失學的魔咒，晨早上學前就開始操水，放學後繼續操練，同時在學業方面努力不懈，以35分高分完成中學文憑試，升到美國密切根州大學，繼續在校隊屢創佳績。

健美名人簡介:Kai Greene--追夢

出生日期:1975年7月12日
身高:5尺8吋 172.5cm
體重:265-275磅(巔峰期)
Mr Olympia:千年老二(it's doesnt matter)

回想起我第一次知道Kai Greene的存在是因為一個誤會，當時我是為了找一套很熱血又激勵的電影看，怎料我把戲名弄錯了，開了Generation Iron的第一輯紀錄電影來看，而電影的開端便是一個有長辮黑膚色巨人在地鐵站內表演Posing，當時的我還沒有很迷戀健身健美這種事，亦對這個界別毫不了解，但這個畫面就是震撼了我，直至後期我熱衷於研究健美界，我才知道這個黑人就是Kai Greene 。

Kai Greene就是這麼一舉手投足也帶著感染力的人，他在台上獨特的Posing Skill，搶眼的長辮，與Phil Heath話題色彩的台上鬥爭，就算他在世界舞台中僅得千年老二的稱號，也不能掩蓋他在健身界的影響力與氣質。

但在這一切輝煌又傳奇的背後，他曾經歷一個艱苦的童年成長過來的，他在美國紐約的布魯克林區出生長大，由六歲起，佢開始了生活於多個不同寄養家庭的歷程，足有十年之久，已經是一個棄兒，還要像球一樣比拋弄，生活環境導致他在校中也是一個問題兒童，數年間不斷尋求被趕出校及被放棄的機會，直至他在1988年13歲那時接觸了重量訓練，GYM成為了Kai的避難所，亦從此踏上健身之途。

Kai有好的天賦，但也需要有伯樂的支持，幸好他在7年級那年遇到他的英文老師，發現Kai在健美的潛力，於是將他帶入了健美界，並贏下不少青年獎項，這個就是Kai人生的轉捩點。

於踏觸健美舞台的隨後數年，佢贏下了大大少少的青年錦標，到了1998他踏觸NPC與世界賽舞台，初次失利只得第3與第6，但很快他調整過來，在1999年尾，便達到該賽寶座，並獲取健美比賽職業資格，當時他只得24歲。

但他進入職業世界後第一個比賽得到第四，他感覺到他自己仍未準備好，於是他潛伏了四年進行鍛練，5年後重回舞台，但成績仍未如理想，在2、3年間不停徘徊於3甲陪跑之列，不過他沒有放棄，直至2007年，他贏得他首個職業賽事冠軍"Shawn Ray Colorado Pro"，但這只是開始，隨後的四年他參與過9個賽事奪得6個獎銜，其中包括2009年Arnold Classic冠軍。

後期最大挑戰就是為人所知的Mr Olympia，一直被屈居Phil Heath的陰影之下，但亦只有他才有與Phil一併高下的競爭力。直至2016年他因不明原因被Mr Olympia組織禁賽，他便展開了他其餘充滿藝術色彩的健美之路，但在今年2017年6月尾，Mr Olympia又出奇地重新邀請Kai作賽，還不是為了錢..........

另外有一樣特別事關於Kai的就是他熱衷於藝術，喜歡作畫，亦令他將健美看成是一種藝術，而他的精神很值得我們學習，他有一句坐右銘:

"一個人擁有遠大的夢想比一個擁有所有答案的人更強大"
