St Paul's Cathedral, London, is an Anglican cathedral, the seat of the Bishop of London and the mother church of the Diocese of London. It sits on Ludgate Hill at the highest point of the City of London and is a Grade I listed building. Its dedication to Paul the Apostle dates back to the original church on this site, founded in AD 604.[1] The present cathedral, dating from the late 17th century, was designed in the English Baroque style by Sir Christopher Wren. Its construction, completed in Wren's lifetime, was part of a major rebuilding programme in the City after the Great Fire of London. The cathedral building largely destroyed in the Great Fire, now often referred to as Old St Paul's Cathedral, was a central focus for medieval and early modern London, including Paul's walk and St. Paul's Churchyard being the site of St. Paul's Cross. 聖保羅教堂（英語：St Paul's Cathedral；另譯為聖保羅大教堂），是英國聖公會倫敦教區的主教座堂，坐落於英國倫敦市，巴洛克風格建築的代表，以其壯觀的圓形屋頂而聞名。現存建築建於17世紀。
原址教堂最初建立於西元604年，早期建築多次遭火災與海盜破壞，直至1087年後情況才有改觀，教堂首要新建築於1148年完成，而後維持了數百年的榮境，在中世紀成為信仰中心。
十六世紀宗教改革的浪潮中，原本的聖保羅教堂(哥德式)從建築結構到內部組織都受到了強烈的衝擊，1561年閃電擊中了教堂代表性的尖塔，火焰毀損了主要木造結構，雖有修復計畫，又因內戰停擺並未完成。1650年代，建築已處於嚴重失修的狀態，直至1666年倫敦大火，教堂建築幾乎付之一炬。

《Creameal ~ Homemade ice cream》
I fat最近太忙没时间分享美食给大家了，让大家久等了。这次I fat要介绍槟城新开张的Cremeal, 主打手工冰淇淋，老板娘每天制作新鲜及天然口味的冰淇淋，不含色素和防腐剂，老板娘时常会创新口味的冰淇淋，每天售卖多达6种口味，包括了vanilla, peanut butter, dark gold, coconut, earl grey lavender, green tea, Thai milk tea, black sesame, mango sorbet and strawberry lime sorbet。老板每几个星期会推出新口味，Thai milk tea是最受欢迎的口味，每次一推出就很快卖完了。I fat蛮喜欢green tea, early grey lavender and Peanut butter, 虽然lavender的味道有点重，很多人都不能接受但还是满足了很多少女的味蕾！它家的华夫饼很脆又带点咸味，搭配雪糕一起吃真的很棒！Cremeal还推出了all day breakfast and set lunch, I fat趁午休跑去吃午餐, 点了份pasta sausage with tomato sauce, pasta的口感不错，配上tomato sauce还不错！同事点了Moroccan baked chicken with rice, 自制的酱汁带点酸味，吃了很开胃。由于Cremeal属于住家式的咖啡馆，所以空间不大，但在这里享用餐饮仿佛回到家的感觉，很悠闲很自在。饭后甜品当然少不了ice cream waffle啦，一边吃一边享受着美好的星期五😍😍😍 (其实是我的堂哥开的，请大家多多支持哦，谢谢🙏🏻）
