If you love something, if you have a strong passion for something, you would go to the extreme to try to understand or try to get it.

But you have a sense of love for him and the way that he can bring out the best in you. And he did that for me.

【盧斯達：武漢病毒叫武漢病毒就是歧視與污名？】

武漢病毒的命名變更史，是一場論述權的鬥爭，因而也是政治鬥爭。香港的醫療界社會賢達曾經說，抗疫只談科學，不談政治，當然是胡說八道。抗疫時實際的資源調度、大眾心理學、考慮隔離中心坐落在哪裡、與疫區的外交關係……全部都是政治考慮。就談林鄭月娥為甚麼到死都不封關，就涉及中國權貴在這裡的經濟政治利益。你聲稱只談科學、去政治化，在政治事務鴕鳥政策，本身就是一個政治和權力的結果。

名字背後的意識形態

武漢病毒一開始有過一些名字，例如不明原因肺炎、新型肺炎、冠狀病毒……等等，親中世衛之後「定調」，叫它做「COVID-19」。問題就來了，究竟我們之後怎樣報道和談論這件事呢？一個記者在街上訪問排隊的公公婆婆，問他們：「你擔唔擔心 COVID-19 呀？」很搞笑。如果我們跟隨這些跨國組織，以陌生化、官僚式術語取代日常溝通，我們將會無法溝通。

在病毒爆發消息擴散之初，就有中國網民批評，稱病毒為「武漢病毒」，是歧視污名武漢。很多人馬上提出反例：那德國麻疹、日本腦炎、中東呼吸綜合症、斯德哥爾摩症候群，甚至香港腳，是不是歧視污名化這些地方呢？

認為世衛「改名」是媚中護共，似乎是誅心之論，但世衛是有權力的公機構，加上疫情爆發之後一連串親中言行，「以最壞的惡意來推測」這類機構，反而變得必要，並非「民粹」。事實上中國官方的行為，也與世衛高度協同。當一些歐美傳媒以「China Virus」指涉事件，例如卑詩省地方傳媒《省報》（The Province），或者國際性的《華盛頓郵報》起了個「亞洲病夫」（Sick man of Asia）的題，中國外交部就很大反應，耿爽和華春瑩就忙著四處出征。

世衛一開始百般淡化事件兼吹捧中國防疫措施，之後三催四請才願意訂為「國際公共衛生緊急事件」（PHEIC），但還是強烈呼籲各國「不要向中國實施旅遊和貿易限制」。後來路透社一篇報道說，習近平向官員表示，防疫措施不能衝過頭影響經濟。世衛在外，中共在內，都不是在談論人命，而是談如何保住中國經濟，即中共政治權力的來源。

有些人會說，世衛並不是為武漢病毒「度身訂造」，因為有五六年前，聯合國體系裡面的三幾個相關組織，就通過了一個原則，說命名疫症的時候，應該避免掛勾地方、人名、動物、文化職業群眾……等等，理由是堂而皇之的「避免歧視」。

逆向歧視

然而跨國人最初就搞錯了思路。一種由武漢發源的病毒，絕對有必要直呼武漢病毒，因為這名稱本身就揭示了事實：武漢人口、武漢物資、武漢交通，乃至中國及其屬國，全部都要小心留意。

衛生官僚，以官僚術語淘空病毒的現實內容（去武漢化），除了是盲目維護中國以外，亦呈現出一種現代人的困境：官僚自命理性，為了百般維護人民思想和情緒純潔（不能「歧視」和恐慌），不想任何人feel bad，就將高度區域中心的病毒，與「原生地」強行脫鉤，對責任扁平處理、雨露均沾，全世界都分享了病毒命題。中國官方和世衛，正用很迂迴的方法為中國人開脫世紀疫病的擴散責任。在「COVID-19」的視野下，漢武以至中國沒有特大的責任，一切都是扁平均一的。因為那不是武漢病毒，而是COVID-19，19 年的病毒，一種時間維度裡的東西，全人類都有份。後面暗藏的意思是，大家共同面對，不要追究個別責任。

然而，武漢乃至中國，就是病毒肆虐得最厲害的地區。全世界人避之則吉，被隔離的人會 feel bad，甚至歐美人看見黃種人就會不友善，但這根本是天經地義。被病毒選中的人無辜，但難道其他人就該死？尋常一個患者中招，都要受到隔離，一大輪醫學程序，要留在家裡不能出街，他們是「被歧視」嗎？這是為了治病，為了其他人的安全。武漢的經濟要停頓，是「歧視」武漢嗎？這是為了全世界的安全。

恐懼和隔離，並非無緣無故，而是合情合理。不讓其他地方封關斷交，反而是對漢武以外的人類「逆向歧視」，難道不想一齊中招就是歧視病人嗎？如果保守估計武漢已經有數以十萬人感染，你還說要平均處理，不要特別提武漢，就是無私顯見私，為了政治正確而拋棄科學。當一個地方或國家，感染病毒的人數是全球最高，就代表那是最危險的地方，就要有特殊措施應對，這是常識，但在這個年代，卻不能說出來，就因為西方的社會科學神學家總是覺得，不能讓任何人 feel bad，要消除。

北京和特區政府的真正任務

不讓任何人 feel bad 的結果，就是共慘，全人類一起 feel bad，就「公平」了。世衛和菁英官僚提供了框架，中帝國則填充其內涵。一切的疫情隱瞞拖延，都是為了最大程度散播病毒。我們還未肯定病毒來自實驗室，還是自然世界，但客觀而言，疫症破壞經濟，會導致生產鏈轉移更進一步，所以為甚麼只是我大中國受苦呢？讓世界也受苦，不能只有我經濟差，全世界都要差。

中國最怕的不是死人，而是 70 年代以來世界在中國設立的生產鏈進一步離開淘空，世界經濟在美國的重新整合下生存下來，而中國獨輸，到時的政治壓力就會更大。

所以看穿這一點，你就不會驚訝為甚麼中國人總有辦法四處逃，官方也是默許的，因為他們是帶來平衡和共產的 agent，中國輸慘了，也要世界分擔一些，你都不會好過。別人為了救自己的國民，預防爆發，就要幫手做疫苗。

所以在香港也是這樣，林鄭奉旨不封關，因為要為主子的經濟幫上一點忙，而且要等多點人帶著病毒過境，在香港引爆社區感染，大家一齊中招，中港之間就不會此消彼長，而是一齊沉淪。反正中國就夠恨香港的了，電影奸角敗退也要同歸於盡，很常見。

香港已經社區爆發，林鄭就說，此時再談封關已經無意思，你聽到一種 mission accomplished 的意味，事實也是。他中出你，你懷孕了，他才說：現時再談戴套已經沒意思。令香港盡快感染武漢病毒兼社區爆發，和中國一齊淪落，切斷所有香港人自立自救的可能，才是林鄭接獲的任務。消除對立、磨平差異，令世界無法離開這個魔鬼，還要為它誕下魔鬼怪嬰，這是中華型全球化版本的養寇自重，故而喪事當然可以當喜事辦，這是中國權貴相當高深的災難權術，世衛之類的打手只是幫兇。中國在下一盤很大的棋。
