印證隊長「產業研究在前，股票飆漲在後！」

⚠️盤勢為盤整格局，聯茂不建議追高。
單純跟同學分享之前提到過的訊息，
以及籌碼面、基本面、技術面的交叉運用而已喔！
產業與基本面的掌握、買賣點與操作的節奏，
兩者一樣重要不可偏廢！！

聯茂～

1.國內第2大、全球第5大CCL（銅箔基板）廠。為國內銅箔基板專業供應商：聯茂為國內銅箔基板供應商，2Q21 下游主要應用為Consumer（27%）、Networking（52%）、Smartphone（10%）及Auto（11%）。公司過去受制於新料號研發速度落後同業台光電（2383，smartphone）及台燿（6274，server），多為低階產品造成毛利率不佳，惟自2017年開始積極打入Purley新平台認證，滲透率由上一代Grantley的2%～3%提升至50%以上，隨著5G環境帶動高速產品比重攀升，產品組合持續轉佳。主要競爭對手為台燿、台光電、生益以及建滔化工等。

2.生產：CCL（銅箔基板）、FCCL（軟性銅箔基板）、玻纖膠片、多層壓合基板、LED散熱鋁基板、光學膜、軟性基材。

3.用於：5G基地台、網通、消費電子、汽車、手機。

4.客戶：金像電（2368）、博智（8155）、Google、Panasonic、華為、中興、聯想、Oppo、Vivo、AMD、Intel。

5.環保基材產品通過SONY、Toyota、Samsung認證。

6.5G基地台射頻板材料獲中國第2大電信設備商、歐洲電信設備商訂單。

7.去年EPS為8.19元，今年上半年EPS為4.51元。

8.今年8月營收31億6,600萬元，連續3個月創新高，月增7.28%、年增60.57%。

因應客戶需求，公司亦於江西龍南擴建新廠，2期產能規畫CCL月產能60萬張及黏合膠片350萬米，於今年Q3及Q4分批開出，屆時產能增加15%。下游客戶包含金像電、健鼎（3044）、欣興（3037）、瀚宇博（5469）、博智（8155）及敬鵬（2355）等。

跨足BT載板材料加入中國半導體國產化行列，惟2023年前難有貢獻：聯茂與三菱瓦斯（MGC）於去年Q4簽暑合資協議，將分別出資49%及51%發展中國BT載板材料事業，主要配合新一輪中國半導體國產化載板廠商包含深南電路、臻鼎-KY（4958）及東山精密擴廠需求，初期鎖定Memory為主的Wire Bond CSP產品，研究處認為BT載板材料毛利率達35%以上，聯茂跨足供應長線將有助於產品組合轉佳，惟實際產出尚需等待江西廠第3期產能支應，最快貢獻營運時點落於2023年。

法人預估》
Eagle Stream面臨同業挑戰，惟Whitley仍具支撐力道，預估2022年EPS為11.08元。展望2022年，Intel Server大改款Eagle Stream將於2022年Q2拉貨並於2022年下半年放量，研究處認為除了板層數持續提升2 層外，為了達到高速傳輸目的材料規格亦由現行的Mid loss跳升至Ultra low loss，可望帶動CCL價格提升50%以上，惟同業台光電及台燿亦積極搶進，聯茂Server市占領先地位將倍受挑戰，所幸Whitley滲透率持續攀升亦有助於產品組合持續轉佳。

中國5G基站在新一輪標案開出後規格明顯下降，另外，根據中國PCB廠接單來看，目前尚未進入大量拉貨程序，整體2022年中國5G 基站需求衰退風險攀升，成長力道來自海外市場，手機及NB等消費性產品市場在歷經2021年庫存回補下，2022年需求回歸常態，研究處預估2022年營收374億7,900萬元（年增9.5%），毛利率由2021年的20.2%提升至21.0%，稅後淨利42億4,300萬元（年增17.6%），EPS為11.08 元。

還聊打坐.冥想.禪修.松果體..？
很難想像這幾個字是從聲音很節奏藍調的女孩Pin口中說出的😆
從學習yoga開啟了自我心靈的探索。瑜珈活化了身體運行，自然接上神奇天線，download宇宙想告訴自己的訊息.....
於是有一天，她終於知道自己小時候有些類似靛藍小孩的特質：這些小孩身上會散發一種介於藍色與紫色之間的靛蓝色能量，與直覺力有關，也被西醫認為是注意力不集中，或性格爆衝或自閉的小孩...

來自阿根廷的Musaubach 是鍵盤天才，因緣際會到台灣擔任曹格演唱會的鍵盤手，一鳴驚人，也愛上了這裡，他的阿根廷畫家妻子比他更愛這裡，於是他們終於定居宜蘭頭城，還生下了可愛的孩子.........

前天在錄音間，許久沒有聊得這麼笑聲四起了，我被musa的音樂感動許久，一種屬於拉丁人天生的熱力馬上襲捲我，而幾年前在他得獎的個人專輯𥚃也有探戈風情，還改編橄欖樹，生命的濃醇的河流...大異其趣，優雅而漂浮的手風琴給我另一種時空的慢呼吸....

兩人首張合作同名專輯裡的fusion jazz澎派激昂，完全不修人聲的唱法不禁挑戰聽者的耳朵也令人激賞！音樂與文字裡對生命與愛的探問，也有來自李小龍形容功夫拳法如水的玄妙激發....
專輯標題曲靛藍小孩是一首帶有世界性曲風的振奮音樂，musa希望以文化源流的印度鼓tabla為節奏底蘊，融合東西方樂器，象徵人與人之間的合一，沒有疆界。
我相信Musa做到了，我也一直相信音樂就是有這樣的魔力，不論你來自何方，不論你是誰，討厭誰，都能被這樣真摯又融入豐富技巧的音樂感動不已....

The day before yesterday in the recording room, I haven’t talked so much for a long time. I was touched by the atmosphere of music and lovely musicians. Also adapted to the olive tree, the river of life's richness...very different, the elegant and floating accordion gives me another kind of slow breathing in time and space...
