#空間發想：烘豆這件事
烘豆時會有一個畫面
漸漸升騰的輕煙，讓空間裡瀰漫著豆香
所以一入店內可看到
拾級而上漆以昭和金漆的旋轉梯面，旋轉樓梯貫穿一二樓，大鏽面是鏽蝕過的礦物寶石藍塗料手作迷濛感，如烘咖啡豆時不斷上揚的裊裊煙霧，又如映照街廓傍晚的藍天。
The smoke rises when the coffee beans are raosted, then the air is filled with the smell of beans.
The stairs are painted with a Showa gold staircase, and the large wall that runs through the first and second floors is rusted with blue paint, such as the rising smoke when roasting coffee beans, also like it is reflected on the street in the evening of blue sky.
#意象主軸
將鐵皮鋼構的舊屋子，以包覆的方式，重新洗鍊出一個具時代感的建築空間：復古木料在外牆的類屋瓦堆疊、日式町居大門入口與轉化日式廟宇的橢圓形開口斜面屋頂，形構出我們重新詮釋日式古屋的意圖：以舊帶新，滴萃出空間的精神元素，並將街廓的風景與自然適時引入室內。
The steel frame and iron cladding of the old house are transformed into a place with a refined essence of time. The revivalist woodwork supports the pitched roof with an oval opening like the entrance of a Japanese residence. The reinterpretation of an old Japanese house through new imagination.
