壽司飯壓成小山丘, 被多片拖羅緊密覆蓋, 沿碗邊圍上了鮮甜蟹肉碎🦀, 頂層加上了海膽做點驟, 海膽鮮甜唔腥, 入口即溶; 拖羅油花相當豐富🤤, 配壽司飯一齊食, 有助平衡一下油脂, 不過拖羅有筋🤫, 整件入口嘅口感較好, 油脂中帶點筋位嘅爽口感。

【重量級燒牛排盛丼】HK$238
🍚熱辣辣白飯上疊滿了層層切件牛排, 果然稱得上重量級, 🐂沒有要求牛排想要幾成熟之下, 牛排為7成左右熟, 入口很林, 多肉汁, 肉味仲好重, 加上了少許燒肉醬、黑椒, 令牛排更加惹味。

Fresh squid sashimi with its glistening translucent flesh is not only a beautiful feast for the eyes but also a real taste sensation as well.
