很多人運氣差，因為去餐廳吃飯時......
當你進入餐廳，如果工作人員不和善、廚師發脾氣，建議千萬別吃了，趕快走！因為能量太差了！吃這種咀咒生氣的飯一定生病。
如果按摩的人、用吸過煙的手按，你會越按越疲累及生病，因為煙本來就是魔變幻是魔子魔孫（可網上參考記載....)
喇榮五明佛學院的堪布慈誠羅珠堪布開示：「生活中能遠離就盡量遠離，如果不行，聞到煙味，回到家裡或晚上臨休息前，作深深的懺悔（因為這是自己的業力所感故），或念金剛薩垛心咒來懺悔。

上述是針對普羅大眾，對於菩薩行的人又不同，要渡一切眾生，但也要謹慎選擇食用來源！
人生不容易呀、活著就是一種修行！
