寒流來了，與其趕著去搶電暖器，
不如去買瓶波特，暖身、暖心。

18-20度的酒精濃度就是專給寒流時候用的，甜潤潤的連媽媽婆婆都會愛喝的口感、濃郁的黑色漿果甜香，就連酒色金黃的tawny都能搭配甜點或中餐，喝不完過年佐餐也很合適。

財力雄厚一點的可以考慮年份波特、普通一點的不管是LBV或ruby port也都很宜人易飲，我個人也還很愛均衡的aged tawny，調得好的，能在成熟風韻中仍保有些許迷人的青春氣息，也算是某種融合大叔和鮮肉的一酒兩用。

這還是「內行人」最愛的最被低估葡萄酒類型、最「物超所值」葡萄酒類型，更別提葡萄牙的波特產區有多美、當地人有多質樸、斗羅河有多麼令人難忘，趕快開瓶波特想像自己的波特之旅吧！

靄靄白雪，蕭蕭寒風，冬季是人們渴望溫暖的季節；從穿的、吃的，到喝的，都沒有例外。在葡萄酒世界裡，當然也有適合在寒冬裡依偎在火爐邊啜飲的葡萄酒；來自葡萄牙斗羅河岸Rio Douro的波特，就是最好的例子。當地長在沿河的陡峭岩壁之間的葡萄，在極度乾燥炎熱的夏季，滿滿吸飽熾熱陽光之後所釀出的波特酒，就像是為了度過寒冬而預先留存下的液體太陽；酒裡所蘊含的溫情和熱度，不只能在冬日裡讓身體得到溫暖，還有暖意直奔心底。

照片上的斗羅河沿岸葡萄園景致或許顯現不出當地夏季的酷暑，但這裡是在夏季能時有近四十度高溫，瞬時就能成為大烤爐的荒野。正是在這對葡萄而言都不免艱困、必須耗費可能是全世界最高的人力成本才能胼手胝足地勉強種植的環境，讓波特酒儘管經過幾百年的沉浮起落，至今卻依舊曖曖含光。一望無際的蜿蜒河道，兩旁偎依的是陡峭儼然絕壁的層層疊疊梯田；平衡感差一點的，想要在這些動輒五、六十度的斜坡上站穩甚或都不大容易。覺得在頁岩石壁上只能三兩成行種著的葡萄樹看來太單薄冷清；事實上，在這兒想稍微拓寬種植面積，或都要請出炸藥才能石破天驚地搞定。

這或許不是地球上最美的葡萄園景致，但卻有純厚、質樸、渾然天成的力量，自然深刻地讓人肅然起敬。波特酒的濃醇韻味、厚重酒體，乃至於好酒最不可或缺的悠長陳年潛力，無一不藏在斗羅河的沿岸風景裡。

許多人或許覺得波特酒老氣；這確實是一種歷史久遠的葡萄酒；雖然產自葡萄牙，但卻尷尬地是「英國人的酒」（Englishman’s wine）。話說十七世紀英法之間因為戰事而使得原本頻繁的葡萄酒貿易必須停止，英國一度對法國葡萄酒下達進口禁令，甚至徵收懲罰性高額稅金；走投無路的英國酒商於是轉向當時和英國友好的葡萄牙來尋找法國葡萄酒的替代品。

1678年，前往斗羅河上游找酒的英國酒商意外地發現，在當地修道院裡嚐到的酒竟意外地特別甘醇甜美，這才發現原來修道院士在酒尚未完成發酵前就加入酒精，發酵過程因此而被迫提早結束，反而讓葡萄的部分糖分留在酒中而使酒更香甜濃郁，這些酒精濃度偏高的酒還能耐得住當時的長程船期，造就今天「酒精強化酒」（相較於一般葡萄酒的8-15％酒精濃度，波特則在18-20％）波特的雛形。

隨著英、法在十八世紀因西班牙戰爭而使兩國間的貿易往來降到冰點，英國和葡萄牙卻是一拍即合地發展出讓兩國商品更易往來的互惠貿易協定。產自葡萄牙的波特酒，於是成為當時最受英國紳士歡迎的酒款；在葡萄牙當地把持波特酒產業的酒商們，於是也清一色幾乎都是英國勢力。

經過漫長的歷史推演，波特也在眾多創意下發展出讓人眼花撩亂的各種類型。簡單來說，波特酒可以被概略分為瓶中和木桶陳年兩大類。年份波特vintage port，是瓶中陳年類型的主角；只選用來自單一年份的葡萄收成（但可混合不同葡萄園），因此只有在葡萄品質達到無懈可擊的最佳年份才生產（過去平均每十年只有約三個年份）。這些酒質最佳、只經短期（通常兩年）木桶陳年就裝瓶的酒，過去主要是讓飲者在購買後再繼續自行陳年，由於酒的潛力無窮，這些酒往往是在經十數年或數十年後達到顛峰時才被開瓶享用（雖然有愈來愈多人等不了那麼久）。因為最珍貴稀有、擁有最佳陳年潛力，年份波特往往還是波特酒中價格最頂尖的精品，也是常出現在拍賣會上的嬌客，擁有較高的收藏價值。

和年份波特同樣使用單一年份葡萄、經兩年木桶陳年就裝瓶上市（也有酒莊選擇在酒窖陳年才上市）的，還有產自單一酒莊的年份波特single-quinta vintage。這些酒就像是年份波特生不逢時、八字稍差的親兄弟，因為假使生在最好的年份，這些酒多半就會被製成年份波特，但是在年份表現不那麼傑出時，酒商通常會選擇將這些品質仍相當傑出的酒單獨裝瓶，作為可以比一般年份波特更早享用的頂級波特。

在主要以木桶陳年的各類波特中，又以經木桶長期陳年的aged tawny最引人入勝。這些酒標上可能標示10、20、30，甚或40年的波特，是將高品質的原酒在木桶中經至少六年以上的長期儲存，待酒發展出黃褐的tawny酒色、圓順柔和的酒質，並且在酒廠認為充分熟成後，再將酒齡各異的不同年份酒液，混調成酒廠對熟陳tawny的風格詮釋。這些會在酒標上標示混合酒液的平均酒齡（可能從10到40）和裝瓶時間的波特，常帶有細緻的乾果風味，尤其是波特酒商們最愛在夏天冰鎮著飲用的波特類型。如果這類陳年波特還是來自單一年份，則可以被稱為Colheita，至於其他同樣混調不同年份收成、都只經較短（約兩至三年）木桶陳年就裝瓶上市的，還有以紅葡萄釀成的寶石紅波特ruby port、白葡萄釀成的白波特white port，以及法國人最愛拿來當開胃酒喝的一般tawny port。

同樣經木桶陳年但只用單一年份收成的，則是波特酒業在二次大戰後因市場萎縮才發想出的LBV，Late Bottled Vintage──這種保留了年份波特只用單一年份收成的優點，又沒有需要長期陳年才能飲用缺點的酒款，於是在經過比年份波特更長時間（約4-6年）的木桶陳年後裝瓶上市，一推出就適合飲用的特性，讓更多沒有耐性苦等的人也有機會領略波特的美好。

Gatherings & Farewells Are Just Affinity At Play (English)

有首歌的歌詞，相當有意思，特恭錄之以勉勵大家，早日看清這「緣」字，打開心門讓陽光照進來，雨過天晴，清清朗朗。歌中唱到：別管以後將如何結束，至少我們曾經相聚過。吾認為這兩句歌詞，實足以撫平親朋戚友的「離去」，以及夫妻與情侶，緣盡分離的內心創傷。利益眾生的方法，就是佛法。這首歌的作詞人，在不知不覺中，也就行了「菩提」。大家不妨仿效之，創作一首解壓的歌曲，比如，當我們同在一起，真快樂無比.......

生離死別，是世間的眾苦之一。吾，玳瑚師父，早已「領教」過這一苦。那是不是從今以後，吾再也不會經歷這種苦呢？答案是，不是的。我們祇要一天還有世緣，依然還是會碰到這種苦。就拿吾來說吧！時至今日，吾也還不是得飽受徒弟與學生的叛離。這其實也是一種「生離死別」啊！走過某間咖啡屋，走過某間餐館，走過某個地方，似乎有隻形影不離的榔頭，欲悄悄地敲痛吾的心，痛苦一般可見。但還好，吾是一位實修的行者，除去七情六欲，是吾一生的功課。傷過、痛過、哭過，更能引領廣大眾生，邁進康莊大道。

妳你與三兩好友，正想合資做生意，什麼時候開業，什麼時候結業，在妳你們的八字裡，已有「伏藏」的密碼。當中當然不祇這些八字裡的「伏藏」，亦含蓋身體的健康指數，富貴與貧賤，丁貴與否，夫妻有否百夜恩，等等。那為何一個人的八字能夠「顯示」這麼多的資訊呢？有句成語說得極是，那就是：若要人不知，除非己莫為。我們所做的一切，就是一因子，因緣俱足下，就成了果。

在真正學佛人的眼裡，來討債的也好，來報恩的也好，善緣也好，逆緣也罷！隨她他來，隨她他去，這樣心才能普空寂，一切的因因果果，亦才能停止。心即是明鏡台，此時就如《金剛經》裡的無我相、無人相、無眾生相、無壽者相，一切明明白白，正如大日照破無明。但，現今的妳你，必需要有相聚與分離皆是緣的基礎心念。

There is a verse in a song which I find particularly meaningful, and I would like to share it with everyone as a form of encouragement. I hope you will finally see clearly the true meaning of affinity and open up your heart to let in the rays of the sun, forming a clarity as clear and bright as the after-rain. In the song, one verse reads, "It does not matter how it might end in the future, at least we were together once." In my opinion, this verse is fully capable of soothing any grief and hurt from the departure of a family member or friend, as well as the emotional pain and sorrow from the breakup of a marriage or relationship. The Dharma is present in all things beneficial for the sentient beings. The lyricist of this song has inadvertently performed a deed of compassion. Everyone can learn from him, and compose similar songs that relieve sufferings. For example, "When we get together, how merry we all are..."

Separation between loved ones in life or death is one of the sufferings for all sentient beings. Master Dai Hu has long experienced this suffering. Does it mean that from now on, I am not going to live through this suffering again? The answer is NO. As long as we are still connected by affinity to this world, we are bound to encounter this suffering. Take myself for example, I had to live through the agony of the betrayal of disciples and students. This is also a kind of separation suffering! Walking past a certain coffee house, a certain restaurant, a certain place, there seemed to be an invisible hammer hitting my heart silently and painfully. Fortunately, I am a true practitioner, with a lifetime mission to rid myself of the seven emotions and six desires. After the hurt, pain and tears, I am more equipped to lead all sentient beings and forge ahead, onto the glorious Path.

When you and a couple of friends strike upon a new business idea, the key to the crucial questions of when to start the business, when to exit, etc, are already hidden in the birth charts of your partners and yourself. Of course, there are more hidden information in a birth chart: indicators concerning your health, wealth, descendants, marriage, etc. Why is it possible that a birth chart can reveal so much about oneself? I would like to share a well-said Chinese saying, "The best way to hide a misdeed is not to commit it." Our every action is like a planting a seed which, under adequate conditions, shall ripen into the fruit.

In the eyes of a true Buddhist practitioner, it makes no difference if a karmic debtor or a karmic benefactor appears, be it a kindred affinity or a difficult one, let it all rest! They can come and go as they like. Only in this state of mind can the mind be unbound and unattached. Only this enlightened state can put an end to the unrelenting causes and effects. When enlightened, your heart is like a mirror, as put forth in the Diamond Sutra, that do not abide in the notion of self, person, sentient being and life span. Everything becomes crystal clear, like the rays of the Sun that have fully penetrated the darkness of ignorance. But at this moment in time, you must have this basic foundation to realise that all gatherings and farewells are just but affinity.

In the eyes of a true Buddhist practitioner, it makes no difference if a karmic debtor or a karmic benefactor appears. Be it a kindred affinity or a difficult one, let it all rest! They shall come and go as they like. Only in this state of mind can the mind be unbound and unattached. Only this enlightened state can put an end to the unrelenting causes and effects. When enlightened, your heart is like a mirror, as put forth in the Diamond Sutra, that does not abide in the notion of self, person, sentient being and life span. Everything becomes crystal clear, like the rays of the Sun that have fully penetrated the darkness of ignorance. 【玳瑚師父出差錄】 《你、妳的“欠影”》
Your shadow of debt (English version below)

出生於七，八十年代的讀者粉絲們， 對這篇文章來説，應該是親切的。那是因爲，本地有位女歌手，就在那個時期，唱了一首歌，名為「牽引」。而這首歌也成爲她的成名曲。但吾所要傳達的，是“欠影”的種種， 而並非「牽引」的種種。因此，讀者粉絲們可別搞錯了哦。哈哈哈！

吾以佛法與玄學等利益衆生，少說都有十多年了。特別是佛法所賦予吾的智慧，讓吾能夠漸漸成爲“明眼人”，不被世俗虛幻的人與事，遮掩吾應盡畢生之精力，或許才能證得的無上智慧。只有如來無上智慧，才能堪破這世俗種種之假相不受六道無期徒刑之苦，而直取永恒真實的快樂和幸福。

有位少婦從網絡上得知有吾這位師父，固而來找吾為其新生寶寶撰名。後來是勘察陽宅 地理，以及夫婦倆和他們第二位千金的名字，等等。在陽宅地理方面，他們的居家實在是很多“問題”的。但俗語說的好，“ 沒有三兩三，哪敢上梁山。”他們居家的“問題” ，吾一一的為他們設法解決。唯獨一件事，吾實不相瞞的對他們說了又說，至今他們仍然沒有“行動 ”。因此，他們得賠上四個人的健康、事業、學業、財富、等等。更嚴重還會影響身理及心理。這些都是“巨大的損失”啊！

坦白說，吾大可領了紅包，揚長而去。可是，吾乃佛、道兼修的師父，怎可祗向錢看，而將戒律與誓願往後扔呢？後來吾從女方八字印證，原來是怨親債主，討債來了。難怪屢勸“不改”。

怨親債主，不是祗有他們才有，其實普天下的人都有。輕者讓你，妳破財、傷心難過。重者與你，妳同歸於盡啊！或許有人會說： “哎喲！不用怕啦！ 來就跟他，她拼！”

玳瑚師父誠懇地告訴大家，我們是拼不過他們的。就算拼的過，也祗是等著下一世，或者來來世沒完沒了地纏來纏去而已，試問有何意義。更何況冤家宜解不宜結啊！八十年代有位女歌手叫千百惠的，不是唱過一首歌叫「癡癡纏」嗎？唱得好啊！何必癡癡纏呢？

吾寫這篇文章，是要提醒大家，且莫將怨親債主等閒視之，善惡到頭終有報，祗爭來早與來遲。他，她若再這一世與你，妳“相遇”，想過好日子，難啊！ 速速披露懺悔吧！速速積累更多善功德吧！再將所做的種種善功德，迴向怨親債主吧！祝願大家；早日“甩掉”你，妳們的“欠影" 。哈哈哈！

For those of you who's born in the 70s and 80s, I am sure you would find the title of this article close to your heart. There was a local female singer from that era who rose to fame with the Chinese song 「牽引」, but this article is not about that song. Rather, the topic of this article “欠影” is similar sounding to the song. So please don't be confused.

For more than 10 years, I have been using the Dharma and Chinese Metaphysics to benefit sentient beings. My wisdom has been greatly enhanced through the Dharma, enabling me to have a discerning eye and not be distracted by worldly delusions from my lifelong relentless pursuit of the Supreme Wisdom. Only with this Wisdom can we break through all aversions and endless sufferings in the six realms of existence, and achieve eternal joy and bliss.

A young married woman got to know me from the Internet and engaged my service to pen a name for her newborn. Geomancy audit of her house followed next, and lastly the name change of her husband, their second daughter and herself. Their house presented many Feng Shui problems but as the Chinese proverb goes, "One wouldn't risk going up the mountains without courage." I resolved them all but there was one matter which I had repeatedly reminded them to do yet till today, no action was taken. This resulted in the decline of their health, wealth, academic results and careers. It would also affect their psychological health greatly. This are huge losses indeed!

I could have just walked away with my remuneration, but I observe my precepts from my dharma practice and did not allow monetary gain to motivate me. Upon reading her bazi (birth chart), I realised her karmic debtors were hindering her. No wonder she refused to change her ways despite my reminders!

Karmic debtors are not just unique to this client of mine. In fact, every one of us has karmic debtors. For less serious cases, your karmic debtors will cause you to lose your wealth, emotional well-being etc. For the serious ones, it becomes a matter of life and death! Perhaps some of you might say, "There is no need to be afraid! I will fight them all!"

Here's a sincere advice from Master Dai Hu: there is no way to fight them all. Even if it seems that you have warded them off, that is only for this lifetime. They will be waiting for you in your next and future lifetimes to pester you persistently. Where is the meaning in this? Moreover, it is better to resolve enmity than to keep it alive. A female singer in the 80s by the name of Qian Bai Hui once sang a song titled Infatuated Entanglement. How true the lyrics are! Why the need for non-stop pestering?

I wrote this article to remind everyone not to take your karmic debtors lightly. The law of karma, be it good or bad, will catch up with you one day. You are going to have a tough time this life if you encounter your karmic debtors. Do your repentance quickly! Accumulate your merits swiftly! Dedicate all merits to your karmic debtors. I wish everyone to quickly dump your shadows of debt. Hahaha!
