【本校防疫訊息〜6月2日起各館舍防疫措施及防疫物資管理】
Anti-COVID-19 Measures Updated (Starting June 2): Building Access Control and Epidemic Resource Management


各位教職員工生您好：


本校於6月2日起放寬校外人士進入各館舍措施，包括：免持工作證或訪客證、免填健康關懷問卷，但仍需刷身分證或填寫訪客簿、量測體溫，以達到實名制與相關防疫規範。


此外，請各單位盤點及造冊管理此次防疫所購置之物資（如：額（耳）溫槍、酒精消毒噴霧器、掃描器等相關防疫物品），以備疫情變化不時之需，避免重複購置。


再次提醒，中央流行疫情指揮中心「防疫新生活運動」指引包括：保持社交距離（室內保持1.5公尺、室外1公尺）、無法維持社交距離時，應戴口罩、採取實名制及量測體溫、確實執行人流管制及環境清消。

Dear students and colleagues,


We are going to loosen the restrictions on building access control. Starting June 2, non-NTU members will not have to present a work/visitor pass or fill out the NTU COVID-19 Prevention Form before entering a building on campus; however, they are still required to swipe ID card barcode or leave personal information on a visitor log book and have body temperature measured to meet the real-name registration and related anti-COVID-19 guidelines.


In addition, all departments/institutes/offices are required to inventory the products and devices purchased for epidemic prevention (e.g., forehead/ear thermometers, hand sanitizer dispensers, and scanners) to prepare for future epidemic emergency and avoid repeated purchases.


We would also like to remind all NTU members that the Central Epidemic Command Center’s (CECC) daily COVID-19 precautions include keeping social distance (1.5m indoors; 1m outdoors), wearing a mask when social distancing cannot be followed, conducting real-name registration and temperature check, implementing crowd control, and enhancing environmental disinfection.

【本校防疫訊息 活動或集會人數放寬為100人以下等措施】


Updates on NTU’s Anti-COVID-19 Measures about Gatherings, Sports Facilities, and Campus Access Control


各位教職員工生您好：


因國內COVID-19疫情穩定控制中，本校將放寬以下防疫措施：


📌1、自5月18日起，本校100人以下之課程、會議及社團活動等得以實體方式進行；已以遠距或線上方式進行者仍得以遠距或線上方式為之。


📌2、體育館舍自5月16日起，開放師生、校友及付費會員使用：
（1）綜合體育館：各運動空間至多60人；
（2）體育館：綜合球場至多40人，其餘空間不超過20人；
（3）室外游泳池至多60人。


📌3、放寬校總區各門口管制：
（1）5月16日起校外人士得由大門及辛亥門入校，通行時需先掃描身分證條碼及量測體溫；
（2）其餘人員維持原管制方式憑證入校，得由校園七處校門進出，洽公者需出示證明文件；
（3）各館舍仍應查驗入館人員身分、量測體溫、填寫健康關懷問卷；
（4）進入校園人員請保持社交距離(或配戴口罩)。


提醒教職員工生辦理或參與各項活動，仍須保持適當社交距離，並落實個人衛生防護；本校亦將視疫情狀況，隨時調整相關防疫措施。

Dear students and colleagues,


As COVID-19 is under stable control in Taiwan, we will relax some of our measures against the pandemic.


📌Starting May 18, classes, meetings, and club activities of 100 participants or fewer can be held physically on campus. However, remote learning or videoconferencing remain an option for activities which have been moved online.


📌Starting May 16, sports facilities on campus will become accessible to NTU students, faculty, staff, alumni, and paying members:
(1)Sports Center: Each sports room/venue is open to a maximum of 60 users.
(2)Gymnasium: The general court is open to a maximum of 40 users, and each of the other sports room/venue is accessible to no more than 20 users.
(3)Outdoor Swimming Pool: The pool is accessible to 60 users at most.


📌Access control on the main campus will be relaxed as well:
(1)Starting May 16, non-NTU members will be permitted to enter the campus via the Main Entrance and the Xinhai Road Entrance after ID card barcode scanning and temperature check.
(2)The existing measures are still valid for others to access the campus via the seven entrances, and visitors for official university affairs should present supporting documents upon entry.
(3)All buildings on campus should still implement identity and temperature check, as well as require visitors to fill out the “Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia (COVID-19) Prevention Form.”
(4)All visitors should keep social distance (or wear a medical mask) on campus.


Please bear in mind to maintain appropriate social distance and personal health/hygiene when hosting or participating in events on campus. We will make timely changes to NTU’s anti-COVID-19 measures according to epidemic development.
