🗣金融監理沙盒：易安聯外籍移工跨境匯款服務

香港商易安聯股份有限公司（EMQ）去年以外籍移工跨境匯款服務進入金融監理沙盒，該公司以「#小額跨境匯款金融科技創新實驗」方案進行試驗。

背後模式是在限制額度下，提供越南、印尼、菲律賓3國持有台灣居留證的外籍移工，能在ATM、網銀、銀行臨櫃及超商匯款，外籍移工能省下大筆手續費，也擁有更方便且實惠的匯款管道。

易安聯提供的跨境匯款服務模式不是直接接觸消費者，而是在兩國的金融機構串接易安聯的API，透過合作銀行提供他們的用戶服務。

等同於拿掉中間銀行的角色，匯款人可以直接透過與易安聯合作的本地銀行，匯款至合作的收款銀行，支付的手續費約只需傳統跨境匯款十分之一。
