โดยยาที่พบจะมีทั้งใส่ในกระปุกยา และยาใส่อยู่ในซอง จัดเป็นชุด ทั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ยึดของกลางและส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์ที่กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ รวมมูลค่าของกลางกว่า 5 ล้านบาท

ในเบื้องต้นได้แจ้งข้อหา ดังนี้
