Penang is set to offer more attractions to visit at The TOP The TOP Penang with the launching of both The TOP Boutique Aquarium and Penang Central Market by the Chief Minister of Penang, CM Lim Guan Eng on 11 February 2018.

Spanning across 30,000 square feet, the TOP boutique aquarium hosts up to 100 fish tanks with more than 150 different species of marine and freshwater fish in the aquarium. One of the highlight here would be the big Amazonian arapaima fish - the biggest freshwater fish in the world.

Apart from that, visitors can engage in various activities such as touching star fish and feeding the Koi Carp Fish with the aquarist during feeding time.

In Penang Central Market, visitors can get to experience all of Penang under one single roof.

Penang State Gallery - a one stop centre for you to learn about anything and everything about Penang.
Durian the King of Fruits Musuem - showcase durian from its history to the growing process.
Market Food Street - a place where you can enjoy street food all around Malaysia.

Tan Sri Richard Koh, CEO of One World Group also mentioned about the possibility of opening a Ripley's Believe It or Not Musuem at The TOP Komtar in near future.

Goldfish Street, also known as Goldfish Market, is a section of Tung Choi Street in Mong Kok that stretches from Nullah Road to Mong Kok Road. The beloved market is home to more than 100 shops that sell countless varieties of fish, as well as accessories and plants for aquatic pets. Ryan Cheng, a 15-year-old aquarist, and Jacky Chow, who owns a guppy specialty store, lead the way in one of Hong Kong’s most unique shopping streets.

Influenced by his father and brother, Cheng has become so passionate about fish keeping that he now has 16 water tanks and almost 100 fishes at home. Three to four years ago, he began wandering on Goldfish Street on his own to window-shop water tanks and aquatic accessories and exchange with shopkeepers.
